This is a beautiful cottage built in 1926 and was recently renovated. It features thematic vintage arches throughout the house. Enjoy all the comforts of home on the road as the home has a complete kitchen, gas grill, wifi, cable TV, 3 plasma TVs, patio, BBQ, yard and washer/dryer and also an Apple TV to easily order movies or watch anything from your iphone or ipad.

The master bedroom is a spacious room with a four poster king bed, walk in his and hers closets hidden behind a false wall and double glass doors that lead to a private patio with a covered pergola, wisteria and a BBQ. The master suite also includes a marble tiled bathroom with jetted tub and shower.

The kitchen is solid maple cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and tumbled travertine floors.

There is a formal dining room, living room and washer/dryer.

The three other bedrooms featuring a king, queen and full bed and share a bathroom finished with glass and white subway tiles.

The house was very nice and clean. Saved us in a pinch as our team had a last minute business trip to Salt Lake City and there were multiple conferences in town booking everything up.

Adorable Cottage

The cottage is adorable, well appointed, and much larger than the photos and descriptions suggest. The master suite is enormous. We had enough room to make a bed on the floor for my three year old, set up the pack-n-play (provided!), and even set up a yoga mat. We slept 6 adults and 2 kids very comfortably in the house's 4 bedrooms. Proximity to Sugar House (only 5 minutes away) is a definite plus. All in all, everything this home offered exceeded my expectations. Will definitely think about renting it again!
