The large eat-in kitchen is supplied with quality cooking supplies for your use. There is a Weber charcoal grill for those barbecue days!! Barbecue tools are supplied in the kitchen to clean, flip, or grab with tongs, to make cooking easier.
The back porch is a great place to serve the children lunch when coming up from the beach for a break.
This condo is 2 blocks from the arcade/rides -and 4-5 blocks to the center of town (Rehoboth Ave).You could not ask for a better spot. It is far enough fr. the busy center, BUT close enough to walk to everything.
Ocean and Boardwalk: You can walk five doors away to set your feet on the boardwalk and beach.
If you want to take a break, and go back to eat lunch, just leave you chairs and beach blanket and head back --no one seems to bother anything, and you will still have your reserved spot on the beach after you are finished your lunch, etc.
You also can chose to go on the boardwalk to grab a wrap, pizza, fries, whatever, without walking far.
There are beach umbrella rentals and chairs everyday.
Center of Rehoboth Beach: The main street -Rehoboth Ave-is just 4-5 blocks away. You can go shopping,eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner without going far.
2 blocks from the condo are the rides and arcades located on the boardwalk. Miniature golf is also located on the boardwalk. There are places to purchase beach chairs, sand toys, etc.
The post office, library, and convention center are all on Rehoboth Avenue.

Restaurants: Visit the famous Nicola Pizza and try their famous Nicoboli--the best!!
Grotto's is another famous and well enjoyed pizza place.
For Italian food try Andriatico in the center of town also.
Go Fish on Rehoboth Ave has the best fish and chips.

The Irish Eyes have a real good burgers --you cannot go wrong with this burger
Dos Locos is very good for Mexican food-on Rehoboth Ave.
For lunch try the Arenas for some great sandwiches.

Big Fish out on Rt. One has the very best seafood and martinis around--also -don't forget the famous Bread pudding-it is the best!!
