One of the most beautiful 2 bedroom condos that you will find anywhere. Located on the 7th floor, this place is brand new and has it all, with a private elevator opening into your private getaway overlooking the beach with views of the islands and awesome sunsets - absolutely gorgeous!

Get away from it all and relax in luxury at one of Mazatlan's newest and most luxurious locations, Paraiso II.

Miles of beautiful beaches, large quiet pool with a full service palapa bar serving breakfast and lunch (8:00am to 4:00pm) and drinks ($1 beers and $1.50 margaritas until 8:00pm). In addition, the resort is located right next to Torres Mazatlan which also has an excellent restaurant and bar with extended hours.

Also available to guests are fantastic exercise facilities with a massage therapist, sauna and steam facility, tennis court, game room, large outdoor hot tub, and bar-b-ques.

Costa Bonita Paraiso II is a fully guarded gated community. It has 24 hour security to assist you and give you peace of mind.

No hassle arrival! Mazatlan airport is small and easy to get in and out of. If you choose we can have you picked up by our representative for a fee (an American who also speaks Spanish) at the airport and driven to the condo with an option to go grocery shopping on the way.

Tons of great restaurants are nearby and the old historic town of Mazatlan is just minutes away with very accessible transportation. Inexpensive taxi's are quickly available and the bus stops right in front of the resort. Downtown Mazatlan is filled with a great Mexican flair. There is plenty of shopping, excellent restaurants and lively night life with an abundance of quaint bars and nightclubs with exceptional live music and entertainment. Mazatlan offers all the activities one would require of the sports enthusiast as well, including; deep sea fishing, scuba diving, jet skiing, zip-line, tours, and an abundance of golf courses. We had a wonderful vacation!

Our family enjoyed a great Christmas vacation. The condo was modern, clean, spacious and the view was spectacular! The whole complex was very secure and immaculate and the staff were very friendly. The complex had private beach area and swimming pool and numerous other amenities. The complex is a 10-15 ride to downtown Mazatlan and the bus, taxi and pulmonias are all available right outside the gates of the complex. Close by the complex there is also restaurants and shopping. The owner and property manager were incredibly helpful and answered any questions that we had. It was our first time renting privately and we loved it!

We spent our third year in this same unit and plan to come again. The unit is beautiful and well equipped. I especially like the laundry being in the unit and the large showers in the baths as well as the balcony overlooking the ocean and pool area. The staff is very professional and friendly and the manager of the unit does a great job. We recommend it highly

We spent our second stay this year the end of January. Weather was great and condo was just as nice as we remembered from last year. Comfortable beds, nice amenities, beautiful beach and views and well kept shared amenities (pool, gazebo, etc.). Fishing from the beach was the best this year ever. We have been coming to Mazatlan for 25 years and this is the nicest place we have stayed. We will return.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

We stayed at this condo for 3 weeks. It was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The large terrace with padded furniture was an added bonus. We also enjoyed having a washer and dryer. The Palapa served great food and drinks for reasonable prices. The staff is super nice. This condo has it all. We will stay here again if we return to Mazatlan.

Truly fabulous!

My husband and I were fortunate to stay at this fabulous property for almost 3 weeks. We had one of the best holidays we have ever had! The property was fantastic and could not be faulted for anything. The view from the large balcony was amazing - oh, one complaint - the sun went down far too quickly! Spectacular sunsets and going to sleep calmed by the sound of the surf was wonderful. I could gush more, but am sitting at home in the snow depressed now, haha.
