We are fractional owners and have use of 2 and 3 bedroom units for a specified number of days each year. Rates above are 2 bedroom. 3 Bedrm rates: $1,000/$1,100. Once we book a weekend, we are unable to book another one until that weekend is used. If you are interested in renting, the best chances of availability is during the week, longer stay, and not booking too far in advance.
1/2 of Rental amount due at lease signing.
Remainder due 60 days prior to check-in.
If reservation is made within the 60 day period, entire rental amount due at lease execution.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
