The “Lakeshore Lodge” the perfect lake retreat! Beautiful fully furnished lakefront home meticulously maintained, decorated in a Colorado lodge decor with breathtaking lake views from any room. Private dock with a large swim and sun deck, complete with two covered boat slips( 10' x 25 & 12' x 36'). Located where you won’t fight rough water created by big boats. Enjoy a safe, children friendly destination with a flat grassy yard, calm water, with easy access to the lake. All the right amenities for a stress free vacation. This Beautiful Lakefront Home Features: Main Level: Entering this quality built home you’ll be impressed with the 25-foot ceilings, lots of glass and a magnificent water view. Wall to wall tile floors with this open floor plan makes the home perfect for entertaining. The fully furnished gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, hardwood maple cabinetry comes complete with appliances, pots/pans, eating utensils, linens, and a serving and dining bar with seating for 2. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a full size table that seats 6, a high top table with seating for 4, and just outside on the patio is additional table with seating for 6. After dinner get comfortable around the large stone wood-burning fireplace and enjoy the Colorado lodge decor. Use the queen sofa sleeper for sleeping additional guests. Also located on this level is cable TV, a large utility room with full size washer and dryer, full bathroom with shower, and attached two-car garage.

Two sets of sliding glass doors will allow access to the large outside patio. Take a easy stair less walk to the dock and enjoy the level grass yard perfect for playing games with easy access to the lake.

Upper Level: Spacious Master Suite has queen-size bed, private full bathroom with shower, large walk-in closet, TV with cable, sliding glass door that opens on to a deck, perfect for coffee an an early morning sunrise over the lake. Bedroom #2 and #3 are private bedrooms with queen beds, shared bath, large double windows with great views, ceiling fans, furniture and closets. Bedroom #4 large privite room located above double garage complete with two queen bunk-beds with twin beds above, full size futon sleeper, non-sleeper sofa, large double windows, large coffee table, closet, ceiling fan, TV & Cable, VCR, DVD, and CD player. All beds and bathrooms are complete with linens and bath towels.

Outdoor Features: Outside Patio: Take a break from the sun, perfect for evening entertaining in the shade. Enjoy a large patio complete with bar patio table and six chairs, a propane Weber BBQ grill. Knock off the evening chill sitting around the wood burning fire pit stocked with plenty of firewood for hours of fun with hot dogs, marshmallows, smores and fireside stories!

Large Private Dock: Take an easy stair less walk to the private dock with a large swim/deck and swim ladder to help you get in and out of the water. After swimming grab cold drink from refrigerator or cool off using the fresh water shower. Half of the deck is covered for shade, complete with a table and seating for four, perfect for eating and playing games. Two covered boat slips 10 ft. x 25 ft. and 12 ft. x 36 ft. Don't forget the fishing its great!

Watch the many deer run, the eagles fly, or relax fishing or swimming. Enjoy nature at it's best without losing access to the conveniences of your everyday lifestyle. Within five miles there is an abundance to do, ranging from golf & movie theaters to your everday needs like, grocery stores & restaurants. If shopping is your passion, there is a huge Outlet mall only 20 minutes away. Go-Karts and Big Surf Water Park are also an excellent idea for a day outing with the kids.

CALM WATER. Truly one of the very few locations at the Lake of the Ozarks where you won't fight the rough water created by lots of big boats! Fish or swim from the dock without danger. This home is located on a very large cove where you won't need a large boat to feel safe doing all your water activities.

LEVEL GRASSY YARD. NO stairs to get to the lake! Perfect for playing games with easy access to the lake. Entering the water from the shoreline the water depth is very gradual as you move away from the shore, perfect for wading or a water volleyball game.

Guys Fishing Trip

We were heading to Minnesota for our annual fishing trip when we discovered that the lake was still frozen over. Doug was able to get us into this great home and set us up with a pontoon boat on short notice. The kids really enjoyed fishing off the dock and having a their own room in the house with a TV. The house was twice as good as the cabin that we were use to. There was store just up the road that had everything we needed (bait, snacks and lots of beer), there is also a bar and grill located close by that had a great local atmosphere. The home is located in a cove with friendly neighbors, one came over and gave local fishing tips. I highly recommend this home and would stay there again.

PEACEFUL GETAWAY

This was our second family vacation this year at this property. It is ALL that is described in the listing. An absolutely beautiful quiet cove in the Gravois Mills arm. A gentle slope to the covered dock for boating, jet skiing, swimming, fishing and just relaxing. The house is furnished with everything you need for a long or short stay. This property and surrounding properties are VERY WELL maintained. Our two different families with 7 grandkids aged 3-19 had nothing but praise for the property; and for teenagers making those comments; that is saying something. Kudos go to the maintenance and house keeping staff. They were very friendly, informative and just down to earth individuals. For the tech savvy they have wifi, for TV watchers the HDTV had more channels than you will ever watch. If you need to do laundry there is an energy effecient washer/dryer. Just an overall wonderful home which made our visits so relaxing. Hoping to return in the near future. Thanks Doug for allowing us to rent your lakefront property.

Wonderful family Lake House

We were thrilled with this Lake House rental. All the amenities you could wish for plus loads of space inside the house and fabulous grounds for the kids to play outside. Also marvelous dock area just outside the back door, with loads of fish to catch. Lovely part of the Lake, away from wake zone. House beautifully furnished and such a pleasure to stay in. Grocery stores near by as well at movie theatre, etc. House located in nice area, away from the crazy, noisy spots..... We cannot wait to return!

Looking forward to vacation this summer.

We are taking our entire family for a week again this summer. We are SOOO looking forward to this again. This is the perfect lake house and it makes the perfect vacation. I will post again after we get back in July.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to get to stay in your beautiful home last week. It is a wonderful place and provided a much needed get away. The house was very clean and the grounds were perfectly manicured. The accomodations were everything we needed. We feel like we found our "home a-way from home". We most definetly will be back soon.
