A Large 6 bedroom, 4 & 1/2 bathroom vacation home sleeps up to 12.

The perfect place for you to relax in after a fun filled day at the attractions. Located in the upscale gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, in a conservation area with lake walks & jogging trails, yet close to all the excitement of the theme parks, & easy access to the restaurants, shops, airports & beaches.

The Beautiful spacious fully air conditioned Home offers 6 beds & 4.5 baths. There are 3 King size beds, & 1 Twin bedroom upstairs, with 1 Queen Size bed & a further Twin bed downstairs.

The main Master bathroom has a separate walk-in shower & Jacuzzi tub for those relaxing spa baths. A shared bathroom for the bedrooms downstairs, with additional guest 1/2 bathroom.

There are 2 separate living areas and a Games room offering complete comfort and luxury! The size of the home allows for a large family to enjoy their own space without disturbing each other.

You have your own private heated west facing Pool & Spa on an extended deck, with covered outdoor eating area.

Located in the upscale gated community of Cumbrian Lakes; Set in a 200-acre conservation area with lake walks & jogging trails, it provides a peaceful haven & yet is close to all the excitement of the theme parks, with easy access to the airports & beaches.

Disneyworld is approx 15 minutes away, with SeaWorld & Universal a further 5 to 10 minutes.

The shops & restaurants on Highway 192 are a mere 5 minute’s drive; there is a 24-hour Wal-Mart within 10 minutes drive.

DEPOSIT: The guest agrees to pay a Rental Deposit of $ 250.00 or 25 % of the total booking price, whichever is the greater, for bookings up to 28 days is required as a deposit in order for us to accept the reservation. Bookings greater than 28 days a Rental Deposit of $500.00 will be required. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation but can be transfered to another booking.
Fees And Taxes Cleaning fees are $115 per booking. Tax is charged at 13%

Amazing Orlando Holiday.

Wonderful base for Orlando Theme Park Holiday.
Within short drive of Disney Parks and Universal.
Lovely quiet gated community. Accommodation was excellent, very spacious and comfortable. Pool and spa were great. Nice to relax after hitting the parks. Kids loved games room and large TV. Home has everything required for a large family and more, we were very impressed. Highly recommended as a home from home while visiting Orlando and surrounding area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Fantastic family home to enjoy

A big thank you for letting us stay in your very homely Villa, it is a beautiful house on a very nice and secure gated community.There was everything and more that we could have hoped for in the Villa, including the lovely pool and games room to entertain everybody. Everywhere was clean and the house felt like a real home. Plus it is ideally situated to travel to all the theme parks, shopping outlets, restaurants and travel further afield as well.

There was 8 of us on our stay, the house is very large and there is plenty of space. We would recommend this Villa to other large families wanting to visit Orlando and the surrounding area.

Thanks again, just saving for the next trip!

What a beautiful home. Everything you would need for a large family or a group is supplied within the house. Very spacious if you need your own space but also homely.
Located in a quiet gated community.This is great to relax after a hectic day at the parks,shopping etc.
The pool and spa was great and kids had great time splashing around.
The parks and shopping are only a short drive away.
Booking could not be easier Andy was very helpful and accomadating.

I would definetely recommend this villa and will be booking again myself the next time on holiday in Florida

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS HOME. The only complaint we had was the temperature in the home when we first arrived, but it was quickly handled. And the other is just that the pool area was not very safe for small children, but with proper supervision the children enjoyed their pool time. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable and safe neighborhood. I would def recommend this rental home. Close to everything.

Family holiday

Very nice area for Disney and plenty of shops in local area house was very spacious and clean although carpet could do with a clean as some stains on it in places, games room could do with a update as air hockey was in need of repair, there were plenty of towels, cutlery & crockery but could do with Barbeque utensils I didn't like the idea of the the air con controls locked away as some nights it was bait chilly and you couldn't adjust the controls. Keep the the property maintance people on speed dial as I had to phone them a few times for light bulbs and for the pool but overall a very nice property and they let us stay in the house for the rest of the last day for a small fee.
