'Casa del Mar' sits across the street from Ledbetter Beach and the 15 acre Shoreline Park. You are just steps away from the sand and surf. The living room with its wall of glass and the beautiful back yard offer breathtaking views of the ocean, beach, shoreline, wharf and harbor. The spacious patio has abundant patio furniture for outdoor dining of meals prepared on the gas BBQ. This vacation paradise is further complimented by a tastefully decorated living room, den and very well equipped kitchen. The house is within easy walking distant of State Street shops and terrific restaurants. Low cost shuttles run frequently along State Street and the water front. Cable TV and high speed, wireless Internet access are provided.

We thoroughly enjoyed Santa Barbara and this home for a month. It is a lovely, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood, half-a-block walk from Ledbetter beach and Shoreline Park, with gorgeous views of the ocean (and sunrises!) from the glass-walled living room and peaceful, pretty backyard. The house is charmingly furnished and has all the amenities you could need and much more. A half-hour stroll took us to Stearn's Wharf and wonderful State Street -- all the shopping, restaurants, museums, parks, and sight-seeing you could desire!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
