What a great place for a vacation get away. On the main level are 3 spacious bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and 2 baths as well as a great room with a gourmet kitchen, dining area and a stone wood burning fireplace in the living room area with several French doors leading onto a deck overlooking the water. On the lower level is a family room with another wood burning fireplace, a bar with sink and refrigerator, laundry room, 2 baths, a bedroom, spacious screened porch and French doors leading out to the patio just feet from the lake, sandy beach, hot tub and boathouse. There are terrific panoramic views of the lake and the mountains from all the rooms. The sundeck on the boathouse is a special place to enjoy the lake all day. The large sandy beach makes it great for the kids and there is room for 2 boats at the boathouse. A brook runs along the rear and side of this home so you can just sit back and relax to the smoothing sound of water on 3 sides.

Lake George: Lake George is a 32 mile long lake and Bolton Landing sits about 10 miles from the head of the lake. Lake George flows north and empties into Lake Champlain. The lake is used for drinking water as well as for recreation ~ boating, fishing, swimming, water skiing, jet skies,.There are many islands on lake George that can be used for camping or just a fun picnic day. The surrounding mountains are dotted with hiking trails from short excursions to day long intense hikes.

Bolton Landing: Not only is Bolton Landing a wonderful modern town it is full of history from the French and Indian War to the time of the Grand Hotels and mansions.

The area..: The Bolton/ Lake George area provides a variety of shops, restaurants from diner to gourmet, tourist attractions from 6 Flags to an adventure park, several museums and is an ideal place to swim, fish, waterski, kayak , hike or just do nothing but enjoy the area.

our familly rented this house for 1 week for the last 2 summers and absolutely loved it! we felt so comfortable and at home.
the location couldn't be better and we didn't want to leave! my father in law was in his glory there and loved the fact that he had his own private beach for making smores at nite around the campfire. it's a lovely, spacious, well maintained home on a gorgeous part of the lake.
i would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in coming to the lake george area. you will not be dissapointed!!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
