Villa Florita is a gracious Mediterranean-style villa, 4 bedrooms, 4+ baths, set on an elevated beachfront lot in a lush tropical setting.

The villa curves around a 40' pool with spectacular ocean views. The central area of the compound (main casita) consists of a large living room with fireplace, dining room with seating’s of 6 to 16 with extensions, large kitchen, all surrounded by a spacious roofed terrace.

Wonderful Villa

My fiance and I rented Villa Florita to accomodate overflow guests for our recent wedding. The remainder of our party stayed next door at Villa Sunrise. We had a great week and everything went flawlessly.

Villa Florita is amazing. It is directly beachfront, with easy access to the beach and a beautiful view. The pool and pool area are also perfect; with plenty of places to both sunbathe and relax in the shade.

The villa is appointed beautifully, very clean, and laid-out well. I was concerned that two of the bedrooms lack air-conditioning, but our guests said that they were comfortable with ceiling fans alone. I think it might be a little rough without the A/C during the warmer months.

The villa owner, Dan, is very responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this Villa either for over flow as we used it or for a stand-alone vacation rental for three couples. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing

The four of us found the Villa Florita an amazing restful site. You may find another villa with the same or more amenities but you will never find a villa with a more caring friendly staff. For the week that we were there they became our family. The hardest part about leaving was the saying goodbye to our chef Jairo and host Melvin. We have plans to return to spend more time with our new family.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
