Enjoy a beautiful beach vacation on the shores of Lake LBJ! Children & dogs enjoy the huge sandy beach and shallow water! For swimming & boating, the deeper water is a little further out so it is a perfect place for children sitting and playing in the water.

Keep an eye out for the abundant wildlife of the Texas Hill Country! You will see ducks, geese, heron, turtles and if you are lucky, you will catch a glimpse of the wild turkeys, bald eagles and even pelicans!

Relax on the beach or porch and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets! You will not be disappointed!

- Cancellations received 30 days or more in advance of arrival date will receive a full refund, less a 15% (of total) handling fee.
- Cancellations received less than 30 days in advance will receive no refund unless the home can be re-rented to another person. If the home is re-rented, a full refund will be given, less the 15% handling fee.
Fees And Taxes State of TX hotel tax is 6% and Llano county hotel tax is 4%.

Cancellations Continued:
- Refunds are NOT given for inclement weather, lake conditions, or other acts of mother nature. In the very rare case the Sunset Beach Lake House is part of a forced evacuation or the property becomes uninhabitable due to damage or flood, a refund will be given.
- Release of obligation will be at the sole discretion of owner.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • The master bedroom of the lake house has a pillow-top king bed, night stands, dresser, TV, walk-in closet and a crib (please bring your own linens for the crib). This bedroom is decorated in pleasing soft sand colored walls and red painted concrete. An extra room off the master bedroom has 2 single sofa beds and a great lake and beach view. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed for sleeping up to 3 people. It also has a dresser, night stand and walk-in closet. More children can sleep on the floor in sleeping bags or by using an air mattresses.

Love this place

This is our second time at this property - great location.
The house is very comfortable - clean - well maintained.
The only requests I would have would be for additional plates - and perhaps wi fi. (that does keep the kids happy on an evening and Dad's happy to catch up on work / internet etc)

I would recommend this place to anybody with kids and dogs - the back yard is fenced in.
Look forward to staying again

Just Right!

We loved our stay! The location is fantastic and the house is great, very comfortable, clean and perfectly equipped for our needs. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful the entire time we were there. The beach is excellent for young children and our child loved being able to wade so far out into the water. We enjoyed the views, the sunset and watching the birds. We hope that we can get back there soon!

Awesome Family Getaway

Our stay was great!! The beach was awesome, house was amazing. My wife wanted to buy it..Everything in the house made the stay feel like home. The only bad part was.. leaving. We will be back for a longer stay.
