The upstairs den/office/game room includes a printer/copier/scanner and Cable TV with DVD/VCR combo. There's also a collection of many movies (a special children's collection) and books to read as well. I purchased this home after I discovered how beautiful and relaxing the Garden Island of Kauai really is. The North Shore of the island reminds me of Hawaii before it was commercialized and built up to be like many other cities in America. You won't find any tall buildings nearby, the traffic flows smoothly over a one-way, one-lane bridge down to Hanalei Bay and the entire island is filled with the Aloha spirit. It is a place you will want to return to as often as you can, some of my renters have done that several times.
