Spacious condo in vintage building that was just remodeled. Easily sleeps 8 people; with brand new top of the line everything, your comfort is guaranteed. A great open living area features granite countertops in the kitchen with connecting bar overlooking the living area and dining room. Very comfortable beds with 500 thread count sheets, high end finished bathrooms, and other special touches to make your stay a memorable one.

Located just North of Lincoln Park in Lakeview/Wrigleyville neighborhood, you will find plenty of entertainment.

Everything you need is within walking distance; including fabulous restaurants and bars, shopping, live theater, Wrigley Field. A major El stop is just blocks away, so you can be anywhere in minutes. Spent 5 days in the Windy City with my husband and three adult daughters. The apartment was perfect for us. The property description is right on and we had plenty of space. The location is excellent and the Belmont L Station is about a block away. The neighborhood felt very safe. The apartment was also very well stocked. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. The price was right. We will definitely return.

The place was just what my friends and I were looking for and decided we will stay here again when we come to Chicago if available.
The neighborhood is very charming. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. If not the train is about 3-4 blocks away or you can hop in a cab 1 block away at anytime. The cab fares were not ridiculous like Minneapolis where we live.
Property was clean and maintained. Photos matched what the apartment looked like which is good because I use VRBO where ever I go including Europe, sometimes they don't.
I recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy Chicago without the hassle and affordable.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

Great place and exactly what we were looking for.

Came in to town to catch some Cubs games. The owner was very flexible, and responsive. No issues with anything.

Very close to Wrigley, and everything along the way. Quiet neighborhood with street parking right out front.

Thank you for everything, I will be coming back, and have already recommended this place to a friend.

Stayed here with friends to catch a few Cubs games. The location is perfect for getting around the city. Located close to transit, yet off the beaten path enough in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable.
