House, 5 Bedrooms + Loft + Den, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 9-14)

This home has it ALL! 5 bedrooms/3.5 baths with the master kingsize bedroom and bathroom suite downstairs, 4 bedrooms (2 queens/1 double/1 twin) and 2 baths upstairs with a huge loft area (great for entertaining) also. The Loft is 20' X 12' and big enough for all your guests to play cards, watch movies, or play video games. There is a flat screen tv and a Playstation 2 system in the loft for your entertainment also! Downstairs, the kitchen is bright and spacious with maple cabinetry and black appliances, with a spacious family room, and an inside laundry room.

Enjoy your very own oasis out back! Enjoy the pool which is 34' long, 7' deep with a waterfall and separate 4' deep, 10 person heated jacuzzi! You can also enjoy our beautiful sunsets by the firepit where smore's are always a hit! You also have within walking distance the Surprise Spring Training Facility (approx. 1/4 mile), public library, aquatic center, fishing pond, golf courses, tennis/racquetball courts, dog park, and not far is the World Wildlife Zoo (approx. 2 miles), the Peoria sports complex Baseball facilities (approx. 5 miles), and the Cardinals Stadium (University of Phoenix Stadium) for Football (appox. 10 miles).

This is a great vacation home for events such as: MLB Spring Training, NASCAR, NBA, NFL, tennis and golfing events. Please contact us for more information.

By always viewing the glass half full, and with the Lord's help, I have been able to convert my home into a vacation rental not only to enable me to hold onto my home in this economy but to also provide a fantastic home for people from all over the world to come and visit the beautiful state of Arizona which I love....Enjoy!!!

The layout of my home screams 'fun' with the basketball court out front, the fantastic pool and waterfall to sooth your day but especially my favorite, the amazing jacuzzi to relax your muscles and give you the best night's rest you've ever had. Don't forget the smore's by the fire pit after eating a delicious BBQ dinner while all along spending that quality time away from the hectic schedule of our daily lives, to enjoy friends and family.....the most important things in life next to God Himself!!!

Perfect for our needs

We were attending a Babe Ruth Pacific Southwest Regional baseball tournament for one week and the location was perfect. It was within five minutes of Surprise Stadium, several shops, movie theater and we were able to utilize the grass fields that were part of the development for baseball practice.

Fabulous!!!

We stayed over New Years and had a wonderful time. Property was excellent for our large group as it was extremely comfortable, well appointed, and very clean. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and enjoy our time. Pool was the highlight for the kids and we were so glad we had it heated (additional cost) as it was so much fun! There was one small issue during our stay in which the pool man locked out our controls, on accident, but the owner and manager quickly worked to get the problem resolved...all on New Years Eve! Both were so friendly and worked to ensure our stay was perfect from start to finish. We are so glad to have found this place and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a superb property to stay while visiting Surprise! We can't wat to get back and hope to visit annually!!!

We rented this home for a tennis team seeking a national Super Senior 8.0 USTA title. With nine guys and one woman, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, save the 100 degree heat (a real anomaly in April). Kathy, the property manager, and Carolyn, the owner were very flexible and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend the property, the owner, and property manager. Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay!
