Peace of Mind - St. Thomas Virgin Islands Private Pool Villa

“Idyllic, secluded and magical. A short drive to wonderful beaches, the villa is set upon the cliffs of the Caribbean, the infinity pool calling you to the edge of the world.  All day sunshine and romantic sunsets greet you in our secret St.Thomas villa, further complimented by a cooling breeze.  Each room is well decorated, comfortable, with individual TVs,  providing enough space for big family dinners or that quiet time alone. The villa has everything you need from beach towels, a full kitchen, even a barbeque grill. We love to going down the street to the local market, where fresh fish caught daily is grilled poolside. Our children still talk about our trip, walking down to the ocean on the private stone steps and snorkeling among the rainbow of fish, squid, sea urchins, and coral. Another time we visited with friends and kicked back with wonderful dinners and late night private parties around the pool drenched in moonlight.  If you are looking for a place you can get away from it all, relax around the pool, grill, or just read a book.

Vacationing in St. Thomas and staying at the Peace of Mind villa for a week was simply amazing! The accommodations are incredible and the views cannot be beat.
We were traveling as a group of 9 and even though it was a large group, there was more than enough room for all of us. The villa has a great kitchen that is fully equipped with top of the line appliances. The bedrooms are all of great size and all have their own air conditioning unit. The outdoor space at the villa is gorgeous. There are plenty of areas for those who like shade and also for those who like to sit in the sun. I wish that we would have used the pool more often because it is fantastic. The patio made for great photo opportunities at sunset.
The villa is within close distance to Red Hook which has many options for dining and shopping. Red Hook also offers a ferry that can be taken to the island of St. John, which makes for a great day trip. Many beaches are a short distance from a villa and each one is more gorgeous than the next! Our group felt completely safe the entire time we were in St. Thomas, whether it was at the villa or at the beach.
I feel that I can speak for our group as a whole when I say that Peace of Mind was a perfect choice for our accommodations. Since we arrived home we have all been dreaming about a trip back! I fully expect to use this villa again for another trip back to St. Thomas!

We went to Peace of Mind in February of this year (2012) with a group of 9 adults. This was, and I am not exaggerating, the BEST vacation I have ever been on. First of all, the island of St. Thomas is beautiful, the beaches are perfect and the people are awesome! That being said, this vacation rental property exceeded my expectation by far.

I will first start off by saying that the images (although great) somehow do not do this place justice! The villa is situated on a hillside of tropical plants and flora that make you feel like there is not another place for miles. The infinity edge pool over looks Thatch Cay and down island towards the BVI's and St. John. We spent every morning on the pool deck and often stuck around to grill up some lunch which was great for our relatively large group.

The Kitchen is a 5 star gourmet kitchen that as very well equipped. We stocked the kitchen with snacks and food that we bought from the grocery store. Great money saver!

We rented two Jeeps to rip around the island and went to a different beach everyday. Red Hook is very close to the villa and it has a ton of restaurants and bars which was extremely convenient.

All in all this place is amazing. I would recommend everyone to take a stay at Peace of Mind!
