This 4-bedroom home features a 3-bedroom main home, private pool, and guest cottage. The main home includes a well flowing floor plan with the family, dining, and kitchen in a large open space. The first floor also includes a bedroom with a full bath. The second floor features a large master bedroom with a sitting area and full bath as well as a lovely large balcony for your enjoyment. The second bedroom is exceptionally large and has two sets of bunk beds, a queen bed, and a full connecting bathroom.

Our Christmas Vacation

This home was beautiful. Everything our family needed. The pool was heated to a very
warm temperature which made it accessible for us to still swim even in the extremely cold
temperatures for Florida! Our family is use to Chicago winters so the Florida temps of
just above 30 still didn't fade us too much, after all we did still go swimming! Also the
home just a quick walk to the beach. Every convenience within a 5 minute drive. Large spacious rooms
with plenty of bathrooms and large kitchen with plenty of seating. Booking this vacation was a breeze and e-mail correspondences answered very promptly with any questions. Love our stay and will be back again!!! Thank-You!!!

A July 4th stay

This house was really all you could ever want for a stay in Destin. A very easy walk to the beach access was a high priority for us and this was a great location. As for shopping and eateries, this place was really in the center of things that made it an easy drive for those things as well. This house had nice size rooms, and a great balcony to sit on. The pool was small, but plenty big for us to enjoy and someone was in it just about the entire time. Really a great neighborhood, with a quiet street that the kids rode their bikes on. Really enjoyed it!!

Excellent Vacation!

We rented this vacation home for the week of June 16-23 and had a wonderful time. With 7 teenagers, my inlaws, my husband and myself, we had plenty of space and the proximity to the beach was awesome. The house was just as promised and depicted accurately in the VRBO listing. I certainly reccomend this property to anyone looking for a rental close to the beach, that is clean and well maintained. We will certainly return next year!

The pictures did not do this place justice...it was the perfect size and in great condition and the best location. You are mearly just a short walk away from the beach and centralely located to many great entertainment places in Destin. There is a great walking/running path as well that I greatly enjoyed every morning. There were only five of us in our group so we had more than enough space. We will defiantly be back to stay at Toes in the Sand in the future. Thank you all for such a wonderful stay!!!

An added note...great pet friendly place as well. Our small dog loved it there!

Girls weekend

Eleven friends and daughters spent 3 fantastic days and nights at Toes in the Sand. It was a perfect house and cabana with pool decorated very beachy and comfortable but tastefully. The king bedroom and bath was huge along with the bunk room on the 2nd floor. The house had plenty of room to accommodate everyone and the cabana is a small house of it's own. We enjoyed hanging around the pool at night and felt comfortable making the short walk to the beach at night also to go look for crabs. It's also close to some great Restaurants if you choose to go out to eat. I've stayed in this area several times and love the close proximity to everything but has the feel of a community. Janet even called to check on us during our stay to be sure everything was as expected. We made some great memories and we all agreed this would be an annual event from now on.
