Our House #1 is a wonderful 3 bedroom 3 bath family vacation rental house. Room for the entire family. Large kitchen with ceiling fan, dining area, living room (flat screen tv), fireplace, 2 full shower bathrooms on main floor, children's bedroom and full bath (clawfoot tub) upstairs. The location (although not on the ocean) is within a few short blocks of beach, river and Broadway St. Fantastic location for shops, restaurants, sight seeing, family activities and much more. Walk to everything. Maximum occupancy of 6 adults or up to 8 including all children.
