Great location - walking distance to beach, pier, and town. The home was clean and decor was simple, No clutter, Very comfy. Enough room for 2 families. Adults had the bedrooms and kids slept in the sleeper beds. It was great having washer/dryer available for beach towels. Will be back for sure.

Only suggeston would be to add a tv to 2nd guest room - that way both rooms upstairs would be equally desirable and no fighting over who gets the room with the tv.

Owner's Response: Each townhome currently has 2 flat screen TVs, cable, DVR and high speed wireless -- as well as washer and dryer and an assortment of beach toys. The good review and suggestion of a 3rd flat screen TV are greatly appreciated!

Enjoyed your Pismo Beach home!

Although our visit was a quick one, the HomeAway Truckster and Truckies enjoyed staying at this vacation rental home. We had no worries about the vehicle over night since we were able to put the car into the garage and the location of the home was within convenient walking distance to restaurants, a gas station, and the Pismo beach! The balconies in the home gave us the opportunity to see all angles of the surrounding views and it was very generous of you, Effie, to welcome us with fresh plums, which we enjoyed for breakfast in the morning. Wish we had more time to enjoy the beach! Thanks again for housing the crew of HomeAway.com’s Great American Road Trip!

Excellent - As advertised, we will stay here on our annual vacation to Pismo Beach. Great townhome, clean, great service. Highly recommend, on the beach, walk to town.
