St. Regis Resort is a luxurious oceanfront family-oriented facility on a beautiful 26-mile long barrier island. The resort has many amenities including outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub and exercise room. With direct access to the beach, renters can enjoy great swimming, boogie boarding and surf fishing. For the avid fisherman, the Seaview Ocean Pier is nearby. Five miles away on the mainland is the village of Sneads Ferry with charter fishing and jet ski/boat rentals. For the golfer, the world class North Shore golf course lies along the intra-coastal waterway just before the bridge.

This unit is located on the Lobby level with easy access by elevator or stairs and has covered parking directly under the unit. A special feature of this unit is the spacious kitchen and living area. The balcony opens from both the living room and master bedroom and looks over the tennis court (close enough to razz your friends as they play!).

Historic Wilmington, with the Battleship North Carolina, a superb aquarium, fine dining and high-end shopping is just 45 minutes away. An airport is also located in Wilmington. St. Regis is also near to all Jacksonville Marine Bases.

Best Girls Weekend

My girlfriends and I had the absolute best time at this property! I'd stayed at the St. Regis before and love the area. The condo was spacious and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need! We were able to enjoy the ocean air, warm hot tub and plenty to do! We highly recommend dealing with Marlee as she was accommodating and helpful, The communication was great and she was so fantastic to deal with. I'm hoping to be able to return to the area in a few months and certainly know where I'll be going!!

A Great Place to Stay at the Beach!

My girfriends and I rented this condo for our annual scrapbooking weekend and the beach. We had a fantastic time! The condo was clean and the owner was fantastic to work with. The price was just right too! We are considering renting this place next year for another weekend of scrapbooking!

2 BR, 2 Bath ocean front condo

This is a very spacious, clean, convenient condo and our stay was nearly perfect--The pictures accurately represent the unit----The only down side to the stay was that the view from the condo deck is not great, but that didn't bother us this time. Also, the inside pool heater was broken and the water was very cold. That had nothing to do with the condo but we did choose this place because of having an indoor pool available. However the mgt, did get it fixed on our last day and the water felt wonderful.....so it was just unfortunate that we hit the wrong days for using the pool......

The owner was wonderful to work with, very pleasant and willing to work with us on dates, times of arrival, etc.

We will be back and would recommend this specific condo to others.....

Thank you so much for allowing my best friend and I to rent your condo! Loved the space, kitchen was fully equipped, cutest decor, perfect location on such spacious beaches, indoor pool on site and jacuzzi were another nice addition, great food in surf city, captain jims nearby, shopping..will be back very very soon , I hope!!! We live 10 minutes from the beach here, but love your beaches more!!! Truly enjoy how peaceful it was..think about it all the time, and miss it!!! And of course, renter was a pleasure to speak with! Will reccommed to all! Thank you so much!!!

Outstanding condo at more than reasonable price!

Just returned from Topsail on October 23rd and stayed in this condo. First of all Mrs. Joyner is a first class owner and treated us like family! The condo has been recently updated and was perfect for my family! The only thing that I think should be said is this condo is located on the first level and does not have much of an Ocean view from the deck (Was not an issue for my family). I would stay here again in a heart beat! Thanks again Mrs. Joyner!
