Condo, 1 Bedroom + Other (See Description), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

Quail Creek fully furnished one bedroom, second floor condo with an extra double airbed for guests. Includes cable TV on an HD flatscreen TV with built in DVD player in the living room and an additional TV in the bedroom. There are movies, books, CDs and plenty of maps to local attractions. Bring your computer for WIFI internet access or the library is within walking distance and has internet access there. Parking is close by and covered. Huge closet too. Your view of the mountain can be seen from your cozy living room or outside on your large patio. There's a heated pool and spa also.

No cleaning fees and welcome gift upon arrival!

You can be out on the Apache Trail in minutes too. Nice quiet location in the community and the city, but oh so close to shopping, eating and outdoor activities and just down the street from the library and recreation center with state of the art exercise equipment and many, many classes for all ages. You will see those gorgeous sunsets reflected on the Superstitions from this second floor unit, every night you're there too. The location is on Idaho Road just north of Route 88.

Why The Owner chose Apache Junction

The Superstitions are spectaular and this condo has an unobstructed view. I also volunteer at the Lost Dutchman state park which is close by.

What makes this condo unique

The sunsets reflecting back on the Superstitions are amazing and can be seen right from my living room couch! Or I can sit outside and watch the sunrise and moonrise over the mountain as well. This place is minutes from Saguaro and Canyon Lakes, the famous Apache Trail and every convenience you can imagine. The new Rec Center is just down the street too.

We rented this property for 3 months this winter.It was as advertized. It had an excellent view of Superstion Mountain. We really enjoyed eating and sitting on the large deck. The home was completely furnished and had a large walk in closet. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the Arizona Opry, Organ Stop Pizza, and visiting friends and relatives in the area and the heated pool when weather was good. There were several excellent restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the Feed Bag and Los Gringos also Michey D's for homestyle cooking. We would rent this property again. The owner was easy to work with.

The unit was exactly as described and pictured. I arrived with the intention of having quality down time after a hectic year, and I was not disappointed. The condo was ship shape clean and ready to just relax and enjoy with all the amenities necessary. I spent a lot of time sitting on the porch or in the living room just watching the changing sky and face of Superstition Mountain. Renee, the owner, was helpful in getting me settled in. I took day trips to the Goldfield Goldmine or exploring the area. Shopping is near by and made a trip to Sedona/Jerome/Cottonwood while there. The weather was perfect, especially coming from the Pacific Northwest. There are so many activities and history to explore and do and see, and Renee has left all the sightseeing pamphlets and information to peruse through. I went home feeling much more relaxed and rested and so glad that I went! Would I recommend this to family and friends? You bet!

Wonderful time - successful trip

I am very pleased with my stay at Renee's condo. I must say I was a little nervous renting through VRBO because I hadn't rented through them before, but my experience was wonderful. The condo was clean and tidy and the view is spectacular! Beautiful sunrises and moon-rises. Wonderful east exposure. In fact, my trip to Apache Junction was to search for a condo to buy - I've put an offer in next door to Renee's unit.

Renee went out of her way to rent me her condo, as I was a last-minute renter and she was headed out of town. I met Renee on my final day. She checked the condo out and returned my deposit on the spot.

Regarding the one bad review she received. I personally saw the damage to the vinyl flooring in the dining room. I believe that if Renee deducted any deposit, it was a valid deduction.

Quiet location with great views!

I rented the condo for December 2011 and found my stay to be most enjoyable. The condo is well quipped and has a comfortable bed and large closet which is a plus. It's quiet and near some good hiking trails. Also close to the library, recreation center and shopping. Thanks Renee, for the use of the cell phone. I would recommend this condo to family, friends and would stay here again.

We stayed at this condo for the month of March 2012 and enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was well equipped and very clean with a very confortable bed and shower which, to us, is very important.We had a beautiful view of the superstion mountain and watched some very nice sunsets.According to the pictures in the listing we thought the pool was closer however it was only a short distance away and was very enjoyable.Although we did not have the opportunity to meet the owner(Renee) due to commitments she was always available by phone and very helpfull. I would definately recommend this property.Art & Deb of High River,Alberta,Canada
