The proximity of this house with pool to the beautiful beaches of Boca Raton is what makes this property stand out. Combine that with its being on an oversized corner lot, completely fenced, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and you'll discover why we love it so much. We added a solar heating system to the pool for added comfort. Since the property is east of the intracoastal waterway and between Palmetto and Spanish River, you have your choice of 4 public beaches. Spanish River and Red Reef offer picnic facilities in the shade of lush tropical landscaping. There is ample parking either in the front circular drive, or the double rear driveway to the detached garage. Guests may not park in the garage.

Inside, the house is charming and feels spacious. It's undergone a renovation in the living room, dining room, and den. All 3 areas have new wood laminate flooring in a rich wood tone, new wide mouldings painted white, and new paint. The fireplace has gotten a beautiful facelift with tumbled marble and custom mantle. It has been furnished for style and comfort. You'll love the memory foam mattresses-- even the sofabed has a foam topper.

This home is ideally located between the intracoastal waterway and the ocean. The close beaches, of course, are hands down the prime attraction. There are so many things to enjoy from here, like walking trails overlooking the beach, biking and rollerblading along scenic A1A, the public golf course on the beach, and the Gumbo Limbo Nature center. You can also walk to restaurants, boutique shops, and Mizner Park.

Dining table can expand. . In addition to an open outside shower, a cabana room with full bath is located in the rear of the detached 2 car garage close to the pool. We have 4 lounge chairs. Lots of beach parafernalia too- backpack beach chairs, Wonder Wheeler, umbrella, wind breaker tent, cooler, and beach toys. The oversized patio has a shade canopy, 2 patio sets, 12 chairs, and a gas grill. There's also a small charcoal grill. In addition to the new black aluminum fence enclosing the yard, we've installed lots of new landscaping which will afford both beauty and privacy. Laundry room with laundry tub and NEW 4 cu ft FRONT LOADING WASHER and DRYER, is located in the detached garage. No smoking in the house.

We stayed in this beautiful house for 10 days. It was spacious, nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The back yard was heavenly. The best part was that you could walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The neighborhood is great, too I would totally recommend this house for a family or just a couple. It's perfect.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this lovely house. It is 2 blocks from the beach which I walked most days. It is a short drive to Del Ray Beach, Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale.There are great restaurants and shopping nearby. The house is very clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood seemed to be safe and comfortable. I had a small issue one day and the owners came immediately to resolve the problem. I was impressed. I would definitely return!

The property is ideal for a beach vacation and near to everything including walking to the beach.
The house had absolutly everything you would need even beach toys towels and pool floats. We had six sleep comfortably there and another 6 visited daily as well and it wasent too small.
If we were to need another house in Boca again this is the one.
The owners were very accomodating and felt they made sure our stay was comfortable.
The house is very good value for what you get in this area.

Great place to rent

We stayed for one week at this property and it was in excellent condition and provided a lot of space for the price. It was also within walking distance to the beach and only a 20 minute walk to the Waldorf Astoria Mizner Center where the conference I was attending was held. Just about everything you will need is there and the house was very clean.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
