Park Place condominiums are located at the corner of Park and 4 O'Clock Roads. Ski home on 4 O'Clock run. Walk a short distance(800 ft) to the Snowflake chairlift or just 1 block to Breckenridge's downtown shops and restaurants.

This premier corner condo unit is fully stocked with necessary cooking, dining utensils, linens and entertainment needs. The décor exhibits an eclectic western flair, with a touch of the northwoods. Relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the living room and downtown views from the private balcony.

New Exterior renovation to Park Place in 2008 makes the buildings look brand new!

Superb Rocky Mountain skiing is enjoyed all winter! Great hiking, biking & music in summer. Spectacular Fall colors in September. Come and Enjoy!

About The Owner

Michelle & Rebecca bought this great condo in 1997 after a year searching for properties in the summit area. We loved the downtown area of Breckenridge and the proximity to Denver. Park Place was the perfect location to everything in Breckenridge. We look forward to enoying our condo with our families for many years!

Breckenridge was the perfect location for a winter and summer retreat. Located only 2 hours from the Denver Airport, you can ski the same day you arrive. In addition, Breckenridge is centrally located in The Summit which offers a variety of ski options (i.e. Keystone, Copper, Vail, Beaver Creek, A-basin, Loveland)at only minutes away. Summers are ideal for hiking and biking. Fall is absolutely spectacular with the beautiful colors!

This is a great place for a large family or group of people. The location is excellent to both the mountain and downtown Breckenridge. The place is clean and reasonably stocked with items used during a stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge.

Great condo - great location - great vacation! The condo was perfect for our group - comfortable, clean, spacious. The best way to relax after a big day skiing around the gorgeous stone fireplace. The outdoor balcony and hottubs nearby are bonuses. It was a short walk to the lifts and off the mountain, and a very short walk into shopping and restaurants in Breckenridge. I'd definitely recommend (as long as you don't book my week for 2011)!!!
