OCEAN FRONT 4BR/3BA LEWIS BAY HOME WITH TWO KAYAKS

My family stayed in this wonderful home and highly recommend it for anyone who wants to truly experience what Cape Cod is all about. The views from this waterfront home are incredible and are experienced throughout the entire house. The children loved playing in the water, the kayaks, fishing, and the swans / ducks who visited us each day. My wife and I loved sitting out on the lounge chairs soaking in the views - morning, noon and night. Having a nice backyard, on the waterfront was an added bonus as the children were able to play while we relaxed.

The private island location was superb as you are close to all the entertainment and amenities but without the noise. I have been to Cape Cod countless times, and never realized such a sanctuary existed. Literally 5 minutes from all of the great restaurants, shops, grocery store, nightlife and family fun - but once you turn onto the private road, you are transported into your own paradise.

The house was much larger than expected, and can comfortably sleep the amount of people advertised (and then some!) The kitchen is large and fully stocked with everything we needed and having the gas grill on the back patio was great. The living room with the huge sliding door to the backyard was very nice and let the ocean breezes and sounds fill the room - with the flat screen T.V. over the fireplace and that amazing view from the couch, I couldn't think of a better place to watch the baseball game. The unique wood floors, gleaming throughout the house added to the incredible character of the place. The furniture was very nice throughout, and very comfortable! There was an air conditioner in each bedroom, but we didn't need to turn them on thanks to the wonderful ocean breeze that fills the house.

I have rented several vacation homes in Rhode Island, Maine, and Cape Cod none have been this nice, this updated, and this private. I will definitely will be coming back!

This is no ordinary rental home....You can tell by the immaculate upkeep and complete renovation. You have a private driveway, which would easily fit 6 cars. The landscaping is clean and tidy. You walk in the front door to look through a 8' wide glass slider overlooking the water. I can't say enough about the views from the dining room, kitchen, Den and Living Room.

From the outside, the house appears small.....This is not so once you step inside. Not to mention the amazing finished walk out basement. It could be an apartment by it's self. It has a bedroom (with 2 beds), Living Room with another large LCD TV, full bathroom, wet bar, laundry and the walk out door opens up into a private courtyard overlooking the water with an outside shower (hot and cold water).

The location of this house in West Yarmouth is perfect... You are close to any store you would need in Hyannis and halfway into a trip to P-town or Racepoint. Which I recommend to anyone!!! Racepoint on the national seashore is unique and my family looks forward to visiting every year.

The owner was so nice and helpful, they suggested things for us to do with our two young daughters and places to eat. Plus they stocked the house with toys, kayaks, bikes and more for the children to use.

Prince 2 was amazing and we look forward to renting again every year!
