“Daughter on Grand Mesa near cabin”
This is our favorite picnic spot.
We spend a lot of time at the cabin, we use it throughout the year. We have a small company in Denver and use the cabin
one weekend a month, sometimes 2 if
we can get away.
The Owner purchased this cabin in 2000
We fell in love with the Grand Mesa the first time we visited here.
We sat on the volcanic boulder and dreamed of building a cabin there.
We built the cabin ourselves (with the help of many others) and built the deck
right up to the boulder. I still sit on the rock amazed what we have done.
We can’t visit the cabin as much as we wished (live in the big city) but we decided
to let others experience what we have done and seen. Watch the sun go down while
sitting in the same place, I’m sure you’ll be amazed also
Hope you enjoy it as much as we do
