Great Hammock Beach seasonal rental with 4 bedrooms and 1 bath. Well maintained with a deck overlooking a salt marsh and river. Only 10 cottages from the beautiful private beach. Private boat launch available just 3 cottages away. Wonderful family friendly community of 70 cottages offers a quiet, uncongested and relaxing vacation. 1 bedroom has a queen bed, 2 bedrooms have double beds and 1 has twin beds. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Cable TV is provided in the living area. Old Saybrook is one of the finest summer communities in Connecticut with easy access to Mystic Seaport, Premium Outlet Malls and some of the finest restaurants. Renter must be 21 years of age or older.

Weekend Rentals: We are very happy to rent our cottage during the off season for a minimum of two nights. Please note that you must be 21 years old and that we do not rent for after prom parties or similar. We do live three houses away and are available to assist with any of your needs during your stay.

We will definitely stay again. Thank you to the Loveland family for the great welcome. We arrived to a very clean and comfortable cottage with a note and homemade banana bread left for us. The owners stopped by to meet us and asked if we needed anything. We felt right at home our entire stay.

Thank you Scott and Mary-Jo for the wonderful accommodation. It was a pleasure to meet you both. You guys are wonderful! Your cottage was very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed your freshly baked banana bread too! Our family was able to walk to the nearby beach where the water was shallow and warm. Perfect for my young children to swim and play in. The location was close enough to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers but also secluded on a beautiful peninsula surrounded by ocean and salt marsh. We will surely be returning next year!

Great time! Very helpful renter's information. Wonderful cottage and beach! Clean, well furnished! Bonus was we got to meet family of the people we rented from and they were very gracious! Best treat was the homemade banana bread that met us on arrival! Love to come again.

We (family of 4) stayed in this rental for a long weekend. We were greeted byt Scott and Mary Jo who were, without a doubt the most gracious hosts we have met or rented from. They were very helpful and were there for anything we needed.

The location is quiet and relaxing but a few miles from the stores and downtown.

Looking forward to going back !
