We live in Denver, and get to he condo often, to make sure it is well kept. We ski and snowboard, along with hiking, biking, and fishing.
Fall 2013 Update: We'll be building our retirement house next spring between Dillon and Keystone. We're putting this unit up for sale the end summer 2014.
We like going to multiple ski resorts, not just one. This is centrally located to get to Breckenridge, Keystone (has night skiing), Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin. Vail and Beaver Creek are about a 30 min. drive. This specific complex is at the top of Wildernest, with great views, very well maintained facilities, and a great clubhouse. You can purchase ski tickets that are good at multiple locations.
We enjoy year round activities. We can't decide what we like best, summer or winter. Trailheads for hiking in the National Forest start just yards away from the complex.
Easy travel to Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Ski Resorts. Bus service to Keystone and Breckenridge. Vail is about 30 min away, and Beaver Creek another 5 min to that.
