Champions Gate Golf Club is made up of two distinctive and memorable courses designed by Greg Norman. It is also the home of David Leadbetter's Golf Academy. Champions Gate is located at Exit 24 on Interstate 4; this is literally minutes away from the villa along Highway 54. Southern Dunes 18 hole Championship Golf Course is located just 10 miles away and Highlands Reserve is approx 5 minutes.

A true masterpiece of a home awaits you and your family to wind down relax and enjoy, our home features the following for you to experience: Imposing double doors wait for you to unlock the magic within, on entering there is a beautiful living room in front which has great views of the pool and conservation beyond, here you will find two sumptious sofas where you can unwind after a hard day or wait excitedly for family members, this leads into the family room where once again we offer you comfy sofas and chairs where you can be entertained with the large flat screen cable tv/dvd/video combination, we have an extensive dvd and book library that will keep you busy for hours. A huge open plan kitchen beckons with central island, pantry and all the gadgets you need to whip up a masterchef dinner or simpe breakfast that you can all enjoy at the breakfast nook whilst keeping an eye out for the kids in the pool. An inspiring formal dining room awaits those family dinner get togethers and is beautifully decorated. There is a large utility room where you will find a full size washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, vacum cleaner ( if you feel like it !!!) and other items to make life a bit easier, this leads into the Games Room where we have purchased for the whole family to enjoy a full size billiards/pool table and a full size air-hockey table.
The imense master bedroom comes complete with a wonderful king size bed and matching dresser and bedside tables, cable tv, french doors out to the pool area and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom has his n hers vanity units either side, a large walk-in shower and corner bath tub with a seperate wc. A second master bedroom features a queen bedroom set with plenty of drawer space and a cable tv, its own bathroom with vanity unit, wc and large shower. The third bedroom has been recently decorated and features a queen bed in calming creams.
A wonderful 'Winne The Pooh' themed room has twin beds with matching bedcovers and features a large closet, cable tv with games console for the kids, baby equipment for 2 babies if required, lots of toys and games for kids and a baby rocker chair, our next and final room is 'Rock n Roll' themed again with twin beds, large closet for that expanding shopping, cable tv and playstation games console with games.
The whole home has plenty of storage space to offer you, bed linens and towels are provided in fact we hope that you find this a great home from home experience and we upgrade on a regular basis to keep things fresh.
