The property was purchased in 2001 and I designed and built the 3 cottages--architecturally, it was designed based on what I thought Thomas Jefferson may have built--the scale is much smaller however--I think he is the greatest architect for visual effect in the history of our country--I also wanted to have the setting that perhaps Norman Rockwell would have put in the Saturday Evening Post.

We are located on the back side of Pikes Peak, 15 min. from casinos, gold mines, wine tasting, hiking, biking, fishing, Pikes Peak Railroad and much more. We are 30 min. from the Airforce Academy, Ft. Carson, Peterson AFB, the Olympic Training Center (free tours every hour), Cheyenne Mountian Zoo, Seven Falls, Ghost Tours, Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame, North Pole and much more. We are 1 hour from Monarch Pass, Breckenridge, Aspen, Vail, South Park, Beuna Vista, Salida, Water Water Rafting, Mount Princeton Hot Springs, Arkansas River, Royal Gorge State Park & Train. There is endless things to do.

"you can't improve upon perfection. You are the example of graciousness. This cottage is so lovely and down to the very best detail. Seventeen sparkling windows, excellent quality facial bathroom tissues. I have visited 39 lodges/cottages in PA & CO and yours is absolutely the very best. This is far above the Broadmoor & The Ritz Carlton in Denver. We'll be back in the summer! Nothing could be better! You really take the prize for cleanliness and attention to detail.".
