KItchen: The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, gas stove, coffee maker, food processor, toaster, blender, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, corningware…etc. as well as a dishwasher and wine fridge. Large spacious butcher-block center island seats four and makes cooking and entertaining easy. Over the counter lights create a bright space for preparing food and drink. And hanging sconces on a dimmer switch and a Bose stereo with CD player create the ambiance.

Living Room and Dining Room: Living room is furnished with a full size down sofa with matching easy chair, cable television, DVD and VCR. A large wood burning fireplace with great draw creates the centerpiece of the room.

The dining room contains an eight foot long country dining table that seats six in comfortable leather chairs with room to accommodate four more at either end. A sliding French door offers access to the pool deck and views of the pool, flower boxes and wooded reserved area to the rear.

Pool, outdoor and basement recreation: The swimming pool enjoys full sun all summer long and is surrounded by 1200 square feet of pool decking, a hot and cold outdoor shower with rain head and tiered corner flower boxes. Tropitone canvas furnishings include six chaise lounges, and six chairs surrounding an oval glass table with matching umbrella. The Weber gas grill is just outside the kitchen slider.

A full sized finished basement has couches, a TV, DVD player and Wii station, dart board, ping pong table, piano, stereo, laundry facilities, a half bath and a gym with French doors that open to the outdoors and allow egress via a full staircase from the side yard.

One side yard provides a shaded hammock while the other a large sunny vegetable and flower cutting garden.

Long Belgium block curbed, oil and stone driveway with center circle allows four cars to park with easy in and out.
