cancellation policy: If cancellation is made more than sixty (60) days prior to intended stay, 100% of your deposit will be returned to you. If cancellation is made less than sixty days, 50% of your your total rental will be refunded to you. If you cancel within thirty (30) days, you will forfeit the entire rental fee. However, whenever possible, we will make every effort to reschedule your dates at no penalty to you.

rules: We do not permit smoking inside the home. Chairs are provided for the beach. please do not take furniture from the terrace to the beach. Pets are not permitted.
