What an honor to be Christine's second guests! I can't believe how clean and neat this place is, inside and out; I love the decor, the beautiful bed linens, and all the thoughtful details.
We were wanting a quick and easy escape from a hectic schedule, and took a mini-vacation in our own town. The location is a nice residential neighborhood convenient to downtown, shopping, the national park, and Highway 101. The quiet comfy atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. The tastefully furnished and decorated home comes well equipped with everything anyone would need, and we enjoyed the front porch, roof deck, and private sitting areas in the nicely landscaped yard. We highly recommend "At Home - A la Maison" to anyone visiting the area!
Both my husband and I were looking forward so much to spending a week-end at At Home/ A la Maison again since we had enjoyed every minute of our stay there a few Summers ago. Unfortunately, we had to postpone our visit this weekend, however, want to recommend this lovely home to other people - if you want a relaxing, delightful atmosphere that welcomes you from the moment you open the door, book At Home/ A la Maison for a wonderful experience. We ourselves cannot wait to go back...
Your home was our home for three days and we loved it! Very good, quiet location in town and on the route out of town for my nearby favorite places; Elwha River, Lake Crescent, and
Salt Creek. Your charming place offered all that five adults and two small boys needed. The
beautiful private yard with water and mountain views were a bonus. The beds were good,
bathrooms were good, and the kitchen was so easy to function in. It had everything we needed plus more! We were very impressed and comfortable. Thank you Christine.
We stayed for one week and had the best time. The house was immaculate. It was also very well stocked with everything a family might need. There were lots of toys and games for our 2 kids--aged 2 and a half and 6 years. They loved the swings. The house is conveniently located just about a block or so from the 101, but don't be put off--it was a very quiet neighbourhood. Stunning view of the mountains from the balcony. All amenities were just a few blocks away. Christine was very helpful and attentive. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for a great holiday Christine.
Thank you Christine for sharing your wonderful home with us! We kept calling it "home" while we were here. Very cozy and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed town and the beautiful views it had to offer. We can't wait to return!!

We stayed for 5 nights in July and had the best time! The home is relaxing and perfectly situated in town - close to Olympic National Park, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The space was well thought out and very well equipped. Everything was nice and clean for us and the beds were comfortable. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our time immensely. Christine is a gracious hostess. We will book again next year!
