This is our fifth year at this condo and as usual it was in pristine shape and included everything we needed for our annual family ski trip. it is convenient to Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, Vail and Beaver Creek. Having our own hot tub was great for our large group. Downtown Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne are close by and have several very nice restaurants and bars. The owner is always very easy to contact and makes sure everything is order upon our arrival. We are already talking about our return trip in 2016. We could not have found a better location for our large family of skiers.
My family and I recently stayed at this town home. Not only was the home clean and inviting, the hot tub was a hit with everyone.
The house: it is a wonderful 3 bedroom home that has 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom is of ample space and each bathroom has a shower/bath location so there is plenty of space for everyone to sleep and clean up.
The hot tub: It snowed 12 inches while there, and it was wonderful to sit in the hot tub as the snow was falling. The tub is large. We had 6 people in it, and never felt crowded.
Location: The house is located a block or two off highway 9, and backs up to the marsh area of lake Dillon. The location made for a perfect vacation. We parked our car and did not use it again until we left. We were a block from a trail (the trail was not scooped, and while fun and challenging hiking in the snow, it would have been fabulous to snow ski on it). We either walked to Main Street Frisco for dinner, or took the Summit Stage. The Stage is one of the hidden gems of this location. A couple blocks from the home is the main Frisco Stage stop. From here you can ride the Stage to Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, Copper, and even Leadville. All for free. Between the proximity of the town, and the Stage, this home kept us from driving in the traffic to the other towns, and allowed us to easily walk locally.
Area: Anyone looking for a stay in this area probably already knows about the ski areas around Summit County. In addition to those, there are Nordic Centers in Frisco and the other towns. They provide cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and tubing. Everyone from the youngest to the oldest on our trip enjoyed partaking in all the activities.
Misc: dealing with the owner could not have been easier. Angela responded to the initial inquiry and follow up questions quickly and completely. Once my reservation week approached, her directions and instructions were clear and easy to follow.
Thank you very much for your hospitality. I look forward to staying at this home again in the future, and can't wait to see what summer offers in the region.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. We were able to reach Copper and Keystone easily. We loved the proximity to the shopping in Frisco. The condo is laid out really well and we easily fit 8 people at every meal. We used the hot tub every day and it felt great. The photos reflect the appearance of the place but we think the condo looks even better because it is decorated so well. We would definitely recommend this property to other friends and relatives.
Looking for a perfect spot in the Colorado Mountains? This is it. We have spent a number of summers here and would rate this as our number one favorite of all the many places that we have stayed accross the U.S. Fantastic bike trails, hiking, restaurants, lake activities, and more free music concerts than you can ever attend. The hot tub and deck are perectly located for viewing the 4th of July fireworks or the beautiful view every day. Plenty of space for all of your family and guests. Angela and Brad are wonderful people and will try to please you in every way. This is a place that you will always remember and want to return year after year. Jerry & Karen
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The views from back are unbelievably beautiful. Great layout. Lots of room. The living areas have windows all around and the light is terrific. Hot tub awesome. Quiet neighborhood but very close to the Frisco shopping areas. The owners are very responsive to needs of the guests. Would definitely recommend.
This condo was perfect for our group of 7 people. It could easily have accomodated up to 10. The condo was in excellent condition and had plenty of space and included your own private hot tub. We skied Breckenridge, Copper and Keystone which were all within 10 miles. We also skied Vail which was only a 45 minute drive. This place is very conveniently located to restaurants, ski rental shops and markets. There description of the condo is right on the money, it is well maintained and clean and the owner was very helpful in answering all our questions. I would highly recommend this condo and we would not hesitate to come back here next year.
