Beautiful, first-floor unit, remodeled in 2014! - overlooking a lake/water view, and the 13th fairway of the Lexington Country Club golf course. Next to Lee County Hospital, 10 minutes to Fort Myers Beach, 5 minutes to Publix Grocery, liquor store, multiple restaurants, and Walgreen's, 15 minutes to Sanibel Island, 10 minutes Performing Arts, 10 minutes outlet mall and great shopping, and 20 minutes to RSW Airport.
Three pools to choose from, one right across the street - complete with grills! Tennis and fitness facilities and an active renters social community - cards, art, travel, dance, music, etc. A beach club with tiki bar and computer room access available. Country club amenities - casual and formal dining within one block.
Newly furnished unit, screened lanai, two TVs, and covered parking. Previous guests have rated the unit **** (4 stars!) and many have purchased in Lexington. Great testimonials. Walk in and you are in paradise!
It was the off season, which we liked because travel was lighter and the weather was perfect. Our condo had a master bed and bath. The second bedroom had its own bath. The kitchen was a nice size with a bar. The living room and dining room had good seating for watching TV or going out to the patio for an inviting view of the lake.
It was convenient to other amenities. We would very much recommend it.
I rented this Lexington condo several times during 2 winter seasons for 2 months each time. Owner was great to work with and very accommodating with any request I had. The location is first floor, overlooking a pond, # 13 fairway and across the street from the pool. The golf course is excellent and the Pros at the club are great. Food at the club house is very good. Would recommend this condo to anyone that plays golf. Since my rental the owner has updated the unit so it should be even nicer.

For longer term rentals, a membership transfer is requires at a cost of $200, paid to the Lexington C.C. Also, again for longer term rentals, a $175 per month expenditure at the Lexington C.C. is required for food and beverages.
