Cancellations:
A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are
made more than sixty days prior to the arrival date will incur no
penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay,
that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full
advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or
early
departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
The house is 2 minutes from the intercostal waterway so there is no
long idling to put your boat on plane. Plenty of waterfront dining
within minutes from the house. The famous Beach is located just on
the east side of the intercostals waterway. Take the boat north to
Palm Beach, south to Miami or the Florida keys or hop over 70 miles
to the Bahamas.
No boat? Take the water taxi, rent a boat or buy one (we are boat
dealers and cut you a deal!)
Publix, Office depot, Restaurants, dry cleaners, hairdressers,
fitness studios, nail salons, hospitals pubs, pharmacy, ATM, Dive
shops are within a 1 mile radius. The Pompano Golf course is 2.5
miles north of the house. The newly opened Iles Casino with dog
track is 10 minutes away. The very safe upscale neighborhood is
protected by the Broward Sheriff’s office.
