House, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 11-13)

Enjoy breath taking views, directly from the upper deck or from the coolness of the living room couch. You also have views from the deck off the Master bedroom, for the little bit of privacy that you might want. This property also has a retractable awning that allows you to have dinner outside , without the sun beating down on you.

The property is located two short blocks from the beach, recreational center - complete with a kids playground, skate park, basketball and tennis courts (both clay and asphalt, soccer and baseball fields. There is also a grocery store, night club, package goods store, and a pharmacy (CVS) within two blocks, so you never have to drive once you come down.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, serving plates, blender, mixer and anything that you would need to present a good meal or make a nice summer cocktail.

There are ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom has a king size bed with it's own bathroom. There are two other bedrooms with Queen size beds. There is (what we call) a kids room that has two sets of bunk beds and a single bed too. All bedrooms offer cable TV.

We have up to six beach tags for your use (that must be returned) to save you on that expense that everyone forgets about.

We also have an outdoor shed with bikes for you to use. There is off street parking for four cars.

We have been coming to the Jersey shore since we were kids and always rented ourselves. We always dreamed of owning a house along the jersey shore, and sharing it with others like people have shared with us. That is why this house is presented the way it is. We wanted people to have a family experience that would be memorable.

What makes this house unique

Great well-kept home with lots of room for our family of 6 adults and 2 little kids. Easy walk to beach, ice cream shops, grocery stores, playground, restaurants and liquor store. We've been coming here for 3 years and enjoy it more & more each year. Because we cook most of our meals, it's super that the kitchen is loaded with equipment - awesome! We especially love the top deck and enjoy eating breakfast and evening meals outside. With the awning out, it's comfy even on the sunniest day - of course, with a cool beverage in hand. And it's great for watching the sun set, reading a book, or people watching. Quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. We'd stay here all summer if only we could!

We rented the house for a week in July when the heat was particularly brutal, so escaping the city for the beach was a welcome change! The house was great, everything you need. It is very clean and has a beautiful deck overlooking the bay with great sunset views. There were plenty of beds for our guests and we used the grill every night. The house was perfectly suited to our needs and we were so happy with staying in Sea Isle City.
