I actually think I stayed in Unit #13, not 18.
It was a lovely stay. I enjoyed being close to the action - just a few minutes down Commercial Street to all of the great restaurants, bars, and shops of Ptown. Still, Angels landing is just far off Commercial street that all I could hear from my window was the crash of the waves. Having the peace and quiet once it was bedtime was a major plus. I'm not sure if it's always as quiet - as there are a lot of units around - but the neighbors I had were very friendly and polite.
The room was clean, and cozy, and there were plenty of blankets, pillows, glasses and dishes. It seemed like a good deal too. I had some friends staying in more updated condos for for a bit more - but I'm very happy with what I got, and I would stay there again any time.
The parking location was a few blocks away, but I didn't really mind it. The use of the driveway to load and unload helped. The directions provided by the landlords were helpful, as were the guidelines. The landlords were also very kind and helpful.
