Centrally located, our duplex home is situated only 3 homes from the beach on 37th/38th Street! This is where the lifeguards enter the beach area & where the volleyball nets, Surf School & Beach Aerobics are located. The home is within walking distance to Aunt Bee's ice cream & Hooper's Seafood & is 2 homes from the bike path that navigates the island.

This ad is for the lower unit: 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, front deck w/ porch swing to enjoy ocean sounds & breezes, back covered paver patio, living room with leather sectional couch & 36' flat screen tv, and modern eat-in kitchen. It is neat, clean, and the PERFECT beach house. We have WiFi internet.

There is off-street parking, an enclosed outside shower w/ hot/cold water, and a nice lawn and 4 beach tags.

Wonderful Weekend- Beautiful Home, Gracious Owner

My fiancé and I spontaneously decided to rent April's beach house to enjoy an unseasonably warm weekend. April clearly takes pride in this home and it was absolutely perfect for us. Three bedrooms, tons of light, modern kitchen, and GREAT location. The beach was not overcrowded and was nicely maintained. We loved the washer and dryer and adorable porch swing. A memorable, beautiful weekend --a great place to be if you want the laid-back nature of a small beach town and the attractions of Atlantic City (a $14 cab ride away). We were very grateful to rent from someone who clearly cared about the quality of our stay and would absolutely stay again. Despite the pictures, the house is even cuter in real life.

Great place to stay, VERY nice home owners

I was looking for a big house for several friends to stay in during the weekend of my wedding. April (owner of the house) was SO Helpful, easy to communicate with, and went out of her way to be supportive of the rental process, even though I was organizing this from Minnesota. All my friends were thrilled by the house, it's SUPER close to the beach and kept in excellent condition. I had guests from all over and they were completely charmed by the Jersey shore. Now, following Hurricane Sandy, I am hoping and praying for the absolute best recovery possible

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

The house was so clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us since it was so close to the beach and to atlantic city which we visited one night. April was very easy to deal with and was very responsive with organizing the details of our stay. We would definitely come back here again.

This house was perfect. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and the home is exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Only steps to the beach and convenient to everything. We stayed on the first floor unit and could not have been happier. This was my first time to Brigantine and I love it. I will definitely be back and plan to rent this same unit.

Brigantine Beach House

My family enjoyed their stay in Brigantine. The house was one block from the beach and great for bike riding around the island. The WIFI, large cable TV, porch, parking space and fully equipped kitchen were all just great. I'm handicapped and the back room was great for me with its own bathroom. I'm sure we will be back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
