The pool and spa are right behind the property for easy access and are heated 24/7. The rear patio has a comfortable 6 chair cushioned patio table with a Weber natural gas BBQ. There is also a front patio with a 4 chair patio set that has beautiful mountain views! Indoor entertainment is a 65' HDTV in the living room along with a Blu-Ray DVD player that is connected to the internet so you can access your Netflix or Hula account. The home has a desktop computer and a laser printer for your use at no charge + wireless Internet throughout the home. The home also has free unlimited long distance through out the US, Canada, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico!
Upstairs there are two Master Bedroom suites with their own private bathrooms. Both Master Suites have Cal-King bedroom sets with remodeled dual sink bathrooms with extra large showers. Downstairs there is a queen size bedroom with its own designer bathroom and also a extra large shower! All bedrooms have their own 26' Flat Screen TV's with built-in DVD players and there is also a 19' flat screen TV in the kitchen.

Why Hal Friedlander chose Rancho Mirage
We chose to buy our vacation rentals for a few reasons. (1) because we live close to them and can manage them easily. (2) Most of the renters are snowbirds and the busy time of the year is from October 1st through May 31st. That's when it's the most wonderful and comfortable weather and we love staying here in the California sunshine and managing our properties. Off season is when we travel. We like to get out of the desert when the temperatures reach over 100 degrees - and with Patricia having retired from the airlines - it makes it easy for us to travel!
