Absolutely Amazing Family Vacation Spot...so lucky we found it!

Well we have never actually taken effort from our other world travels to make a note on the house or vacation spot we rented. Back in early October we started looking to finalize a vacation and searched through a concierge service, websites, friends and found places globally from costa rica to Maui to Spain. What we were looking for was comfort, some luxury, a view, a pool, a hottub, room for a couple guests to come along and enough room for our family of 5 (husband/wife, 3 boys) and two friends. We wanted privacy so we were not stuck looking at our neighbors as we ran around topless, or if kids screamed while splashing we wouldnt have to tell them to shhhhhh.
Well after a long search we found this amazing home that was absolutely perfect for all of us.
A large master for us, a bedroom for each of the boys and room for our friends. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and a large master down. All very cumfy and private. There is also 3 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bath that allowed everyone to clean up each morning.
The one thing that stood out was the most amazing sunset we have seen in years. Each night we faced directly west and watch the sun melt into the ocean. Each night we sat outside and had an amazing quiet serene night. Did i mention the house sits on 2.5 acres....so private!
It was only a 35 minute ride from airport also!
The floors were travertine (like marble) and made it ease for cleaning up spilled crumbs and had an amazing cumfy couch in living room for late night movies when exhausted from sun.
The owners made it a seamless arrival and departure.
The kitchen had everything we needed but we do recommend to owners to have more plastic plates/cups etc as lots of glass...nice but not practical.
The hot tub and pool were fantastic...just get the hot tub turned on for about 99-101 degrees and keep pool unheated for cool dips and no charge for hot tub.
Nice grand entrance and beautiful house...we do recommend to put away a few of the nice artwork/statues etc when arrive or owners just get rid of them as if there is a few and you feel you may knock them over....again based on having kids with you or if you have a drink or two :o)
The one thing also was the pricing...the weekly rate we paid was absolutely amazing for what you get...i hope they dont raise prices too much as they wont stand out and bring us back year after year.
Which we are already planning...yup we cannot wait to get back to this house and hopefully for longer
