Spacious ocean side rental home in desirable LEHYC area of Beach Haven. Offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathes, outdoor shower, dining room, living room, eat in kitchen and game room. The game room includes, color TV w/ video games, ping pong, foosball, and pool table. Our large backyard offers a regulation size basketball hoop and has ample room for game play. Relax, grab a drink and head out to one of three private decks, which provide space for sunning, barbecuing, or just cuddling up with a good book and some fresh beach air. We're just a short walk (10th house) to the beach, the bay, Fantasy Island, mini golf, arcades, restaurants, and many other fantastic LBI attractions. Our house is well-maintained, with freshly painted rooms, hardwood floors, central air, and many other amenities. As a family that has vacationed in LBI for many years, we’re sure that you will enjoy all of the ‘extras’ we’ve included in the hopes of making your stay at Dreamchasers a vacation to remember!

We are within walking distance to Fantasy Island, as close as you're going to get to a 'boardwalk', this is LBI's most famous family amusement site, with the typical rides and games, plus it's in the heart of the Bay Village shopping area. Our rental property is also a short walk to the SurfLight Theatre, Thundering Surf Water Park, and many more attractions for both adults and children.

Dolphin: Our impressive Dolphin bedroom sleeps five and has a flat screen HD TV, DVD, ceiling fan, and alarm clock. Dolphin also offers sliding-doors that lead to a second story deck as well as a rooftop deck equipped with furniture and night lighting. This is the perfect room for parents that have little ones that still need to sleep in the same room, as the unique design offers some much needed parental privacy as well! The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was great. Close to everything in Beach Haven. The beaches are beautiful and very close. It rained a couple while we were there, so it is a good thing this house had so much to do - from video games, to pool, to ping pong, to games, to very nice TVs in every room. The roof top deck is great. The owner was accommodating and easy to contact when we needed to. I HIGHLY recommend this house. We have rented houses before and they are often nowhere near as nice as the picture - this one is better.

Perfect rental property

My friends and I plan a girl's weekend every summer at the jersey shore. Normally we rent hotels rooms but this year we were fortunate enough to find this house. It was perfect. It comfortably slept all 15 of us and although there are only 2 bathrooms, the outside shower helped with everyone getting ready at once. There is plenty of room inside and outside of the house to accomodate 15 people eating, drinking, playing games...etc The 3 decks were a great place to view the ocean/bay, read, have some drinks and of course BBQ. In addition, the house was well-maintained and very clean. The house is less than a mile away from great restaurants, bars, shops, Fantasy Island, mini-golf...etc I highly recommend this house. It was a pleasure working with the owner Joanne. We hope to be back next year!!!

House was perfect for my family and friends, so much room, kids loved it! Walking distance from town and walking distance from the beach. We enjoyed our week, and made some great memories.
