Just wanted to say "THANKS' for the use of the apartment and "THANKS" for all the little things in particular, thanks for having dish soap, paper towels, coffee filters, etc on hand...It is so nice when flying and only staying in an apartment like yours for a few days...to not have to go out and purchase such items for a short stay.
I had a very productive meeting and truly enjoyed Vancouver...what a vibrant...community in a beautiful city.

My wife and I rented this neat condo for a week while we visited friends and took in the sights. What a jewel! We found the unit to be exactly as described, no more, no less. The photos were accurate and the unit clean and well maintained. Joy was a pleasure to work with. There are restaurants and a market within easy walking distance. Public transit is close by and will take you pretty much wherever you want to go! Make sure you go to Stanley Park and the Granville Public Market. We had our car so the secure parking was much appreciated. We will surely be back again!
It was our first time in Vancouver. We arrived in the apartment from a 13-hour flight at early evening. It was a pleasant surprise to see that the amenities were ready. Jet lagged, tired & in a new place & environment, the comfort set the mood. Many thanks Joy for preparing the little things that matter alot. A good part of enjoying a vacation is having an equally great, comfortable, secured accommodation. Recommendable in all aspects.
We arrived here for a 5 night stay after a cruise. We dragged our suitcases from Canada Place, an uphill walk but doable. Arrived at the front desk and were greeted by friendly staff and an envelope with our keys. Easy check in. The condo has a wall of windows overlooking Stanley Park on Georgia St. Noisy street sounds when the window are open, very quiet when closed. Double pane windows do the job. Small apartment, just right for the 2 of us. Small den type room where we put our suitcases on the floor. The balcony has been enclosed, which leaves more room inside. We spent most of our time walking all over Vancouver, so we didn't mind not having a balcony. We opened the window to check the temperature. The place was very clean with a washer and dryer, which we used, and it worked well. All kinds of stores and restaurants were within a few blocks. We bought some groceries and cooked a few meals. Only a few negatives: no closet space to speak of, just a rack to hang a few things and a few small shelves in the bedroom; the floor to ceiling blinds need repair or replacement. The chain on the bottom has seen a better day. We have those at home and our new ones don't have a chain, much better. We were happy with our stay, and Joy's responsiveness. We love Vancouver and hope to return sometime. Thank you for a home away from home.
The listing met all of our expectations and then some. Petite boutique style condo, with all the amenities you require. Location was close to Robson Street shops and Denman Street fine dining with the added bonus of being steps from Stanley Park.
Owner was a pleasure to deal with.

We spent four days in Vancouver showing the city to some friends that came to visit us from Spain. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a 3 year-old kid and having a kitchen was very useful to prepare breakfast and dinner with the little one. The location is unbeatable, 5 minutes walk to Stanley Park, and few blocks from English Bay. Great location with many cafeterias, restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. The owner was really nice and always available for any question.
I definitely recommend this apartment if you are visiting Vancouver, much better than any hotel I have been in the city!!!

My wife and our daughter (a tennis playing teen), along with myself have been coming to Vancouver almost every summer over the past 5+ years (staying for 1+ weeks at a time) for vacationing and for tennis tournaments. We’ve always stayed at this condo (when it’s available). It’s a very well decorated, clean, and equipped condo in a great location. The owner is organized and helpful and we’ve never had any issues staying at this place. It’s also very easy to book (from payments, gaining access to the place, and checking out). Thank you very much, Joy, for the use of your condo. The city and your accommodation have made Vancouver my favourite vacationing spot!
