With an abundance of upgrades and an amazing location, our home offers you the perfect place for a truly memorable vacation.

Less than 5 miles to Disney, our location makes it so easy for you to break the day and recharge your batteries, so you'll be fully refreshed to do it all over again!

Our 3 bedroom manufactured home has over 2100sq.ft of air conditioned living space and gives you the perfect place to unwind after a hectic day. Relax on the south facing sun deck, soak up the sun and chill out with a cooling drink. Flake out on the sumptuous leather sofas in front of the 55 inch HDTV with Bose Surround Sound and upgraded cable. The kids will love the Wii Games on the 50 inch HDTV in the second living room and they will simply adore their Harry Potter Theme Bedroom!

You'll all be guaranteed a peaceful night's slumber - our two king bedrooms both have heavenly pillow top mattresses, high quality linens and feather pillows and there's a 40 inch HDTV and DVD player.

The Harry Potter Theme Room has a terrific 'step-up' bunk bed with a plush twin on top and plush full below and there is a 32 inch TV and DVD player plus all the Harry Potter Movies and Books.

The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and open plan and has a cooker/stove plus microwave, fridge freezer with water dispenser and ice and a dishwasher. The elegant granite counter-tops offer plenty of workspace and you will find the kitchen stocked with an array of pots, pans, crockery and time saving devises such as crockpot, blender, mixer and large juicer.

The breakfast nook is light and airy and the perfect place to start the day and there is an adjacent formal dining area between the kitchen and main living room.

The sun deck overlooks a large retention field so you have no rear neighbors - just lots of peace and quiet. Enjoy a BBQ or just enjoy all that Florida outdoor living has to offer. The deck has a dining table with padded chairs plus padded rattan patio set giving you plenty of room to relax. Reach up and pick your own fresh lemons or grab a Florida fresh orange or grapefruit from our trees.

The front of the house has a large, fully screened porch with darkened windows for complete privacy. A perfect place to watch the world go by! The porch has a large dining area, a seating area with wicker furniture and a 32 inch TV.

Our resort has a real community spirit and a great mix of visitors and residents who will make you feel more than welcome. The gated entrance is guarded 24/7 and the clubhouse is staffed 6 days a week. The resort has 3 swimming pools, with one just a few minutes from our home. You'll also find a spa, fitness room, game room, media room, tennis courts, children's playground, shuffleboard courts, volleyball and racquet ball and several fully stocked lakes.

We have a superb management company who are based locally and available for you 24/7 should you have any questions or concerns, and we are just a phone call away and available for you 24 hours a day.

About Sarah & Ken

We have lived on the Greek island of Kerkyra (Corfu) for over 20 years where we own and run our restaurant in a busy tourist resort. Corfu is a seasonal island, so we have a busy 6 months working 7 days a week, then we head back to our second home in Orlando where we chill out, relax and enjoy the wonderful Florida lifestyle for the winter months.

Why Sarah & Ken chose Orlando

We were looking for something spacious, in a great location with a nice outlook. We found everything on our wishlist in this home and then some! The sun deck at the rear of the house overlooks the retention field so there are no rear neighbors, which makes it a great place to relax day and night.

The extended corner plot gives us plenty of space and, coupled with the fact we are tucked away in the corner of the development, there's little passing traffic.

The location was another draw too - 5 miles west of Disney and lots of restaurants within a couple of minute's drive.

The gated community is extremely friendly with a great mix of residents and vacationers and the leisure facilities are a great bonus. The resort has 3 large swimming pools, one being just a few minutes from our home.

What makes this house unique

The fully screened sun deck is peaceful in the evenings and a terrific sun trap during the day - perfect to soak up that glorious Florida sunshine. Enjoy a BBQ or just relax and spend precious time with family and friends. The perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day at the parks.

Vista del Lago is a beautiful, extremely well kept resort gated and guarded 24 hours a day located less than 5 miles to Disney. You will find an abundance of activities for all ages with three swimming pools, spa & sauna, children's swimming pool, children's playground, several lakes with fishing, tennis courts, racquetball courts, shuffleboard courts, pool side snack bar, large clubhouse with daily activities, game room with billiards & library, fitness room, craft & ceramic store & workshop, volleyball/badminton and basketball court and a community Christian Church.

At the entrance to the community you will find the 'Shoppes at Vista del Lago' which is home to several stores and dining options such as a Chinese buffet, a local pub serving home cooked food, Pizza Hut, Subway and a Chinese takeaway. Houlihan's is right across the road and the US-192 highway offers plenty more restaurants, a Publix and a 24 hour Walmart all within a few minutes drive.

Golf: The Mystic Dunes Golf Club is close by and we have arranged discounted rates here for our guests.

There is a 40 inch HDTV and DVD player, ceiling fan and walk in closet. The master bath is beautifully done in granite and tile and has a double vanity unit, corner roman tub and walk in shower cubicle with double head power shower. You will find thick and fluffy high quality towels, a hairdryer and straighteners. Second bedroom Our second bedroom is bright and sunny and also has a King with a sumptuous pillow top with high quality linens and pillows. The patio doors open on to the sun deck and there is a walk in closet, ceiling fan, 40 inch HDTV and DVD player. Harry Potter Room Our themed Harry Potter room is a haven for Muggles too! We have magical 'step up' bunk beds with a twin bed on top and full bed below with a television and dvd player, plus all the Harry Potter books and movies.

A home away from home vacation spot

I have stayed and enjoyed this home twice now and will not hesitate to book again for our next vacation. It was definately a home away from home with all the extras to make any vacation easy and relaxing. Sarah and Ken made the experience stress free from the beginning to the end of the stay and are always there to quickly answer and questions. The home was very clean and spacious, and the Harry Potter room was a delight for my son (and me). There was a library of various books and dvds to enjoy for whenever we spent the days resting. The screened in porch was great for sun bathing without the bother of any bugs. My family and I will never stay in another hotel. To have the space and privacy of a home where you aren't on top of each other like in a hotel room is a definate plus to any vacation, and I will never look for any other home than Sleepy Hollow to stay in next time we are in Florida! I can't say enough good things about this home. Give it a try and you'll never want to stay any where else.

Hello,
Thank you very much for everything… my nice enjoyed her first visit to Orlando!!!
The house was a perfect spot to rest after a day in the parks; we stayed for a week and definitely will stay again for our next vacation to Orlando.
I really appreciate the way you guys handle our little incident with our dog, and even after a year of our stay you contact us on why we didn’t cashed our deposit (we weren’t aware of that WE HAVE ONE, since the management company said that all the deposit was to cover the damage, which later you found out that was not) Is really nice to open your email and find out that still are HONEST people in this world.

Christmas Surprise!

We stayed at Sleepy Hollow for Christmas week, actually arriving on Christmas Day. After our long drive it was a special treat to open the door and find a decorated Christmas Tree with several presents underneath. We were even more surprised to see they had our names on the tags (including our 2 dogs). They were little treats, but it was our first sign of the attention the owners pay to their guests. The house was great, as advertised, plenty of room and fully stocked to meet all our needs. The open area behind the deck was a great for peace and quiet and was a nice place for our dogs to run and play. This is certainly the type of place that we would stay at again.

Location, Location, Location!!!!!!

We just returned from Orlando, where we spent a week at Sleepy Hollow. The accomidations were exactly as presented, very nice and upscale property. We were most impressed that the location was not overly exagerated. It really was 10 minutes to all the Disney theme parks. We really did go home during the heat of the day for lunch and a swim. We did travel around Orlando to some extent and I do not believe we cound have found a more convenient and nice place to stay, plenty of stores and restaurants just outside the gate, with peace and quite inside. If we go agian, this is definitely where we will stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Our Vacation!

Hello!
We (my five kids and I) are big Disney, Attraction, Ocean and America-fans and your house in the middle from all these things was perfect! We were the whole day in different Parks, on the beach or shopping, but when we come back to your house we had the feeling that we stay in our own house,like our home! The Harry Potter room was really cute and we had everything in the house. I hope we can come back as soon as possible( and we will!!). Kind regards Bella
