Wonderful, newly remodeled two-story house with three bedrooms, two full baths, a one-car garage, and a large yard with lots of privacy. This home is furnished with all new furniture and fully decorated. This is our beautiful escape home with approximately 1600 square feet of living area and two large decks. It is very comfortably furnished and can sleep as many as seven people.
There is a full kitchen with granite countertops open to the dining area and all new Stainless Steel appliances. Full dining room table can seat comfortably up to ten. A fireplace in the Living Room adds warmth and ambiance with comfortable seating.
The upstairs large master bedroom has a queen bed, a fireplace and three windows including a sliding door with a balcony and a peek at the lake. The other two bedrooms are facing quiet evergreens growing in back of the property. One has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin and a double.

We are a family of 6 living in the Wine Country, just north of San Francisco. After having rented for many years in Incline Village, we decided to purchase our own home here. We love our Lake Tahoe house and can't wait to spend our vacations and weekends here. We would like to share this pleasure and rent this house to people who appreciate the beautiful area and will take care of our house as if it was their own.

Incline Village is a wonderful vacation community generally quieter and more relaxing than other spots around the lake with endless opportunities to have fun all year-round. Our house is close to the amenities of Incline Village with easy access to private beaches and recreational facilities, Diamond Peak Ski Resort, hiking and mountain biking trails.
By far, the greatest benefit we enjoy is the peace and quiet when we visit any time of year. We are 5 minute driving distance from everywhere, which makes it practical and yet far enough away to feel away from it all.
My extended family spent a wonderful labor day weekend here. The location is at the north of Incline Village, but still quite close to the beach and grocery stores, 8 min to the beach and 5 min to the Raley's. It's a single family home in the quite forest - we loved the quiet surroundings with many types of small animals around.
First floor is living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is one of the best of vacation homes we have stayed - granite counter top, a great variety of cooking utensil and quality dinnerwares. We especially love the deck at the back of the house, with an outside dining set and BBQ. In summer night, grilling and eating facing the forest is such a wonderful experience.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Master is huge with a baby crib, which we didn't use. Plenty of windows with forest view. The other two bed rooms have forest view, too. One has a queen bed and the other has a good size bunk bed.
The owner, Patti, is very easy to work with and quite responsive. Checking in and out is easy and home instruction is very clear. We plan to come back to this place in the winter, too.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house had everything that we needed (including Wifi). Very close to everything and access to the private beach was awesome. Kids loved it!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfy and cozy, well equipped home close to everything. Minutes from Raley's, incline beaches,Mt Rose hiking area and 15 min to sand harbor. Back deck is great for all meals. Very quiet neighborhood!

My husband, 21 month-old son, and I enjoyed our stay in this cozy, well-appointed, home. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - full kitchen supplies, baby/toddler accommodations, washer and dryer, and a very homey feel. The only thing missing was WiFi. I realize now that the VRBO listing never claimed that we'd have access to WiFi, but honestly, I never considered that it wouldn't be available. We planned to get recipes to cook and search for local activities on our laptop. Still, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this home.
Oh, if you have little ones, you will have to keep them away from the spiral staircase, which we were not able to block off. But, they will be very pleased to find a toddler table in the kitchen. Bring toys and books, or take your rental contract to the Incline Village Library to get a library card and access their impressive activities and selection of books.
I should mention that Patti was great throughout the process. Also, you will be happy to find that you have a peek at Lake Tahoe from the front decks, and that lovely bluejays tend to play in the yard.
Enjoyed our stay. Loved the quiet location and two decks to enjoy the outdoors. Convenient short drives to Incline Village beaches and several trailheads for hiking. Kitchen includes everthing you need to cook. Lots of great amenities. Our family enjoyed the crib and beach toys for our grandson.
Very clean and well maintained. All communications with owners throughout the rental process went smoothly.
This place is amazing! We had a short stay on our way to San Francisco, but it exceeded our expectations. Patti provided all the information we needed and everything went smoothly. We will definitely keep this house in mind when we return to Tahoe. We loved it!
