2 bedrooms, 1 LARGE bathroom, sleeps 5 900 sq ft plus private patio

Quint, cozy secluded in back of property, ground level, back door goes out to private completely enclosed 700sq. feet patio garden 900 sq. ft plus patio 700sq ft

Located in the far back, behind a large house. Parking in back right next to house (can see your auto from windows)

Gated Entrance. Nice working family neighborhood. We are' Not' close to Santa Monica Blvd. Close to Melrose Ave. Rossmore Ave. becomes Vine, after Melrose. Grocery shopping at Pavillions Vine& Melrore.

Private washer and dryer FIRST FLOOR we have gated windows, so that windows can be left open. Nice weather. Double security doors, in front and back.
About Regina

our only vacation rental in Hollywood, our private home when we go on business etc and to take care of other regular rentals.

we live in lake arrowhead. in case of emergency we have handy man around to help.the wheather is just perfect in the centaer of hollywood. and the city is really taking care to keep the place looking nice. all neighbors very respecful and hekpful have been ther for over 20 years. many nationalaties and people from other states 'georgia, North Ca. etc. we have germans , japanies central americans and south americans , Arminians chinies, Korea town stars about 10 blocks downs, they keep it looking great SAFER THAN WEST HOLLYWOOD, LESS ROBBERIES AND PROBLEMS NO GANGS

we are north 2 blockes from melrose. I am german and spanish.

We rented this Hollywood home for 11 days and had a fantastic time here. Regina and Ken went out of their way to make us feel at home. They couldn´t have been better hosts! The place is quiet yet easily accessible and the enclosed patio was a perfect setting for outdoor play, meals, and relaxation. We really liked the personal touch evident in all rooms. Sufficient room for 4 (in a pinch, it could sleep up to 6, but for longer term, this may be squeezing things a bit), well-appointed kitchen and hosts that really care about you - we couldn´t ask for more and are already making plans to return some time.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Loved the kind and gentle hosts. The place looks exactly like the photos. Location is close to many attractions and the proximity to Koreatown and Greektown made for fun dining. Most of all the place was very comfortable and clean. We would recommend it for business and vacation travelers.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
