MODERN GATED CONDO W/POOL,MINI MARKET,PARKING

This is a lovely,well maintained condo complex.A block and a half from Juarez avenue,the main road leading to the beach. It's a 15 -20 minute walk to fifth avenue and the ocean.There are 3 hospitals near by,as well as Sam's club and a mall.Centro Maya Plaza is a 15 minute walk and it has a nice movie theatre,pizza place,good sandwich shop,Salsa club. There is a kids arcade there as well as a nice grocery store.A large grocery store right across the highway,a 4-5 minute walk from the condo.There is a taxi stand and bus stop at the store.The unit is on the second floor.Granite counter tops in the kitchen with beautiful tile showers and floors with lots of rugs.There is a gas stove and oven,fridge/freezer,toaster,blender, waffle iron,mixer,microwave,coffee maker and espresso machine,coffee grinder,Ironing board and iron. The pool has lots of sun and umbrellas for shade. There are tiled chairs in the pool as well as a shallow kids area.The living room has a micro-fiber couch and loveseat,the dinette set seats four and 2 barstools. Smoking is allowed outside on either of the 2 balconies. The beds are Sealy, king in the master, queen in the second, high thread count sheets. I have a feather bed on the king. The master has a full bath in suite.Plenty of towels and beach towels,there is a laundry room with a stacking washer and dryer in the unit,as well as a safe.Wi-fi, cable,tv's in the living room and master bedroom,dvd player with 50 movies.There is off street parking with an assigned parking space close to the unit. Across the highway is a Chedraui,a large grocery store that carries everything,clothes,shoes,liquor,similar to a wal-mart..
