Cancellation policy.: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of required deposit amount. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival are considered non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the property for the dates you had reserved. If we rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $50 cancellation fee. All cancellations must be made in writing.
There will be no refunds because of the malfunction of the contents of any of the units. We try to keep all unit contents in good working order and any reported problems will be addressed as quickly as possible.

Age limit.: To ensure a truly relaxing, adult atmosphere we have a lower age limit of 18 years for anybody staying at or visiting Casa-Banda. Person responsible for a reservation must be 25 or older, and anybody age 18-25 must be in the company of somebody 25 or older.
No matter your age, you will love the pool which is the largest private pool in the area. The pool, garden and pool house with bathroom is very private behind vegetation, tall fences and high walls with locked gates.
About the condo.: The kitchen is equipped for full time living and meals can be enjoyed inside or on the balcony. Windows on all sides and plenty of fans keep this top level apartment cool.
There is a large walk-in ''bodega'' (safe storage room with metal door and dead bolt lock) large enough for anything you might want to put safely away.
Weekly maid service is included in the price, as is use of the laundry room. The telephone is for local calls only, but all of Costa Rica is ''local''. We do not have a TV, but there is a small, but growing library, a radio with tape deck plus CD-player/MP3 player and a varied selection of CD's - or you could bring your own music. Bring your own audio cable and you can hook up your own music player to the music system.
