Wow........What a surprise! From the moment you pull up to the “Cottage” one will find the grounds & landscaping show a pride of ownership. As you pass through the side entry door, a full sized Kitchen & Dinning Area (seats 6+ with comfort) awaits you. The main living quarters are well appointed with planked flooring, a large stone fire place, and generous comfortable seating for viewing television or VCR’s & DVD’s, all with a well stocked library of movies provided. Bed rooms are spacious & will sleep a total of ten in the five bedrooms that are on site. Bathrooms are above the norm and artfully done. Laundry has full sized washer & dryer and a one vehicle garage w/door opener round out just some of the amenities.
Everything regarding the listing information was accurate & up to date, the process of securing the rental was easy and owner was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this Northern Michigan property for that special vacation retreat/holiday and will return to enjoy the creature comforts of all the “Burt Lake Area” has to offer.
We are so looking forward to returning with our adult children & their familes with room to spare for a family reunion.
P.S. Rember to enjoy the fine Italian cuisine at Vivio’s in town; the Lasagna was to die for!
