Yellowstone Sunrise & Sunset Views, Beautiful Location!

We staid her in August with 4 adults and 4 tweens/teenagers. We used the house as a base into Yellowstone every day. A very easy 15 minute drive to the West gate. The house had everything we needed and was great to come back to after a long day in the park. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck overlooking the lake in the morning and coming home at night being greeted by local foxes. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bedrooms were perfect for our two families. Thanks again for a great stay!

We rented this home for a week for a family reunion at Yellowstone. There were 9 of us, and we all felt very comfortable and cozy. It was cheaper than a hotel, and much more comfortable, and obviously private. And the sunrise/sunset views were spectacular.

The home is located on a large lot, so our noisy kids didn't bother anybody. The home itself was beautiful, new construction. The decor was pleasant and everything was very clean. There really wasn't anything to complain about the home itself.

Everything was thought of in the home. This property is very suitable for people with young kids as the entire home is baby-proofed. There is a baby gate securing the stairs, a baby bath, a booster seat and even sippy cups and plastic baby cutlery. We didn't use any of that as our kids are older, but the owners really thought of everything.

The property management staff has been great and they're very responsive. We had a power surge during our stay which fried the coffee maker. I e-mailed the manager and within 15 minutes of me sending the e-mail there was someone at the home checking out the machine and within the hour he was back with a brand new coffee maker.

We didn't get to enjoy the deck as much in the evening because of the mosquitos, but that could be a seasonal thing. But, there were no bugs in the morning and having a coffee on that wraparound deck was so relaxing that we decided to hang out at the home instead of going to Yellowstone one day.

It is a bit of a drive to the eastern sections of the park, but you need to deal with that anytime you stay outside the park. The added comfort was well worth the drive for us.

One thing that you need to keep in mind is that you must drive your trash to a locked trash bin as there is wildlife around. While some may see this as inconvenient, we didn't feel that way. After all one of the main reasons to go to Yellowstone is to experience the wildlife and that is a small price to pay. One day we even ran into a fox on the way to the trash, so it's all good.

We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant, and private stay close to Yellowstone.

This home is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing! There were 12 of us (9 adults & 3 children) and there was plenty of space for all of us without feeling cramped. We had enough hot water for everyone to shower too. We even had 6 additional family members staying at a nearby campground come for dinners and it still didn't feel crowded. For the most part the house was clean, neat, and tidy.

The house was only a few minutes from West Yellowstone and the park entrance as well as Big Sky for ziplining, white water rafting, etc. We also saw some wildlife come through. The mountain views are breathtaking as is Hebgen Lake. Would love to live here!

A few suggestions from the group would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms so others can get ready while someone else is showering, hooks in the bathrooms for towels, a bigger grill, screens on more of the windows so the windows could be opened for more airflow, and the screen door has a huge gap between the screen door and door so we could never leave it open or we would have bugs and mosquitos in the house.

Overall, it was an awesome house to have brought our family together from all over the states. We would definitely stay here again if we ever venture this way in the future.
