When my daughter graduated from college and was ready to set out on her own, I (a recently single mom) sold our family home in the Seattle, WA. area that she was living in while attending college, and invested in this house as a vacation rental for its views and convenience. I ended up living there a while, meeting Ken and sharing the magic with him there. Now, we've moved to a different home and happily share it with you.
The views, the beehive fireplace, the long walks and bike rides - and great food and a movie theatre all within walking distance of a mile or so - and coyotes celebrating at night - all made me love this place.
A short distance from Catalina State Park for hikes, the beautiful saguaro grove along Rancho Vistoso on the way to the grocery store, beautiful long walks and bike rides, a couple of hours of beautiful scenic driving to Kitt Peak, an hour to Saguaro National Park, the quiet community - I could go on and on!
