Perfect setting for a relaxing vacation, romantic weekends, reconnecting with family and friends, corporate entertaining, summer time-outs, season-long reflections. Amazing sunrises and unforgettable sunsets are for your viewing from this must-see landscaped patio on the beach.

Elegantly appointed open floor plan for casual living accented with new furnishings. In addition to the two bedroom, two bath there are two living areas, one that makes out into the third bedroom. Comfortably sleeps up to six.

Lavishly landscaped areas highlighted by three palm trees compliment ocean and mountain views. The property is unique in that it has access to the beach from the patio (36 steps till your in the water), while being totally shaded with bamboo, allowing many hours of enjoyment in being outside while not getting burned to a crisp in the sun. Patio is equipped with outdoor living and dining areas.

About The Owner

I am a single woman living in Dallas, Texas. Have two golden retrievers that are "my kids".

The Owner purchased this house in 2006
Why The Owner chose Kino Bay

I discovered Kino Bay completey by accident!! Flew down to visit a friend over a two day period and ended up buying my first house. Was not even looking to buy a house in mexico. Fell in love with the beach at kino bay and the friendly people. Figured I would buy to use once I retired.

What makes this house unique

My house is not a typical rental in that it is very nicely furnished and has pretty much everything you need for your stay. It is located right on the beach with a beautiful covered veranda area that let's you sit outside for hours without getting burned. It is also up from the beach so while you see the water no one sitting on the beach can see you!!

This was the perfect place to stay in Bahia Kino. We were there in June, 2009. The house is on the beach and is well kept. The exterior areas of the property are great!! The covered patio provides great protection from the sun. The local seafood is second to none. The locals are friendly and helpful. We will stay here again and highly recommend this house. We had a lovely stay in this charming beach house and the owner/host, Jane, was a pleasure to deal with.
The house is indeed ON THE WATER on the beautiful beach of Kino Bay. Both the beach and the house were very clean and the area was quite secure.
We stayed here in Feb which was a bit chilly/windy, and I recommend bringing extra bedding during a winter stay to be cozy & warm.
The beach faces south so you can see the sunrise over Isla Tiburon and watch it set over the water...very unique!
All the fresh seafood you could ask for can be found just up the road in Old Kino.
A delightful stay!
