SoFi Villas and Garden: 2 Bedroom 1 Bath, fully furnished, can sleep up to 6 guests. This Charming Cottage is located a 5 minute walk to the Beach and Ocean Drive! Located in 'SoFi Villas and Garden' at 350 Washington Avenue this cottage has great views of the private garden as well as Washington Avenue. The Cottage includes 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sofa bed. From the windows, there are wonderful views of Washington Avenue, and the condo is close close to the best restaurants, nightlife and museums that Miami Beach has to offer! It is also a great location to sit in the garden and watch people strolling up and down the streets. The building and garden are secured, with keyed entry only.

SoFi Villas is a two-story building, with a private Garden Courtyard and a Beautiful view of Washington Avenue. The Villas are adjacent to 3rd street and are two blocks from Ocean Drive and the 3rd Street Beach! The building has keyed-entrance only and a gated courtyard for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful South Beach weather.

Amenities: Air Conditioning/Heating, Cable TV, DVD, Full Granite Kitchen, Stainless Appliances (Cooking utensils provided). Queen Size bed, Sofa Bed, Linens, Towels Provided, Coin Washer and Dryer on site, High Speed Wireless Internet access. No Smoking. Please inquire about small pets.
